Weighed in at 13st 13lb 3/4 this morning, so glad I stayed on the diet cokes last night during the match, just have to hold on now, I'm gonna try and get down to 13st 13lb exactly, as that will be my lowest weight of the challenge overall.

Gonna bang out some push ups today ahead of setting my challenge tomorrow.

there is a handy I phone app for your push up challenge

Just got back from the gym and had one of the personal trainers critique my press-ups, I'm pretty much doing them ok but I will need to work on my form. I also realise very early I will also need to work on my core/lower back too as I really felt it there.

Could only muster a measly 16 consecutive pressups, but the trainer reckoned I should be able to get there in the timeframe I set (Of course he was probably gunning for me to pay him to help me).

Yesterday's intake: food = nothing, drink = 2 pints of pair cider. Pathetic on the drinks front but I decided to drive and swerve deano's party as it was a bit late. Will be weighing in shortly. (after I have paid a visit to bathroom ldo)

Luckily I was on my phone so didn't see it Lee, although every time I close my eyes at night I can still see the last one. #Shudder.

Pure rubs on my weigh in, I put it down to the weight of my new camera.. 0.4lbs over for a total loss of 27.6lbs, Figure I owe £8, will round it up to a tenna.  Grin

Gonna have a massive blowout today. Will weigh in again tomorrow morning to set the start weight for my Santa challenge.

100/75 PressUp challenge:

I think it would be cool to post a video of the initial 'test' (max pressups we can do at once), then we can judge form and just see where we are at etc. Plus will be pure com.

Been looking at videos of people attempting this on youtube. Even some mega ripped guys really struggle and have to take breaks and stuff. I would suggest a time limit like 100 in 10 mins or something, where we could go 60,10,5,5,5,5,5,2,1,1,1.... I dunno really, just throwing ideas out there.

Any of the bigger guys going to attempt this? Think it could be real tough, but defo up for trying.
