Got there, was hoping I could get to my lowest weight all year, but I'll take this.
Maintaining is sooooooo much harder than losing.
Thanks guys

Regarding the press up challenge, can I clarify something before I set it?
When I say 100 press-ups, I had in my head 100 consecutive, no breaks. I have spoke to a couple of people and Milligans post was similar, who think I mean 100 pressups, but if that includes like a 20 second break, is ok.
What does everyone think when I say 100 press up challenge? I don't want to over commit to trying 100 consecutive no breaks, when in fact everyone that does the much publicised challenge on the interweb is actually doing it with short breaks in between reps.

OMG I was going to kill myself. I've just watched a few 100 push up challenges on youtube and they all have short breaks between reps.

Yea, In my head I certainly think 100 consecutive and thats what the app trains you for! but when you watch the videos people have all sorts of breaks.. would certainly be tough and I think would be a massive achievement if someone pulls it off. It defo can be done but in 6 weeks?? In the forces they let you rest on your heels like the below, but as soon as you go on your knees or take your hands off the mat you are done. That could be a caveat worth having. If another proper fatty (Girgy?) commits to this or a 75 challenge or something then I would certainly give it a go, I think 100 could be a fair bit of an ask though. Defo worth going for. At first I thought the lighter you are the easier it would be, then I thought maybe its all relative but not sure strength increases with weight.. Gravity is not our friend.. We up for posting videos for jibes?

Yeah that picture is the sort of break I was referring to in the videos. I think going on knees is the good caveat.
My own challenge is for my birthday, August 23rd, which is actually 9 weeks away, almost 10, so I think I probably have to go for 100 given that most challenges are 6 or 8 weeks.
