What really impressed me mate last week you reported an injury .....and I bet I wasn't the only one who thought you was gonna use it as an excuse!
So to go and do it shows great inner strength girgy very impressed ...again well done.

You Wouldn't believe how gutted I was when I got that injury! I wanted to do it so much and thanx to my physios magic hands she got me thru it. Also could quite easily of given up when I woke up at 8:10 with race starting at 9am and you were supposed to be there for 8:15. Looking for another one to do now. York 10k in August  |

Thought I ought to post before I go away at the weekend......I can not do the 100 press up challenge unfortunately I have been struggling with my back for a Few weeks now
It would be very silly of me to continue with the challenge considering I am self employed it would be irresponsible of me to carry on!

 Been round racecourse today 2.08 miles in 26:20 and just about to head off to the gym for a 30 minute PT session. Been hovering around the 21st 6lb mark for a week or so as ive not fully trained due to a few niggles after the Leeds 10k. Got a stag do in Blackpool this weekend so will be back on it on monday. Looking to shift 21lbs before december. |
