Great effort Barry,

Well done for he trainning and result not too bad in the end ++ stuck to the weight which is great.

Hope there is another challenge for us maybe to take us up to Christmas ?

Really sorry I diddnt partake in this my back is just too sore stil!

Already thinking of another challenge, glutton for punishment here. Whatever the challenge I was thinking we should have a 'must post 3 times a week in the thread or pay a separate forfeit' criteria to get this thread busy again.

Gonna decide on another challenge after the bank hols

Triathlon?

Couldn't think of anything worse tbh, I look like an egg on a bike when I get on one of those things, and old ladies lap me when I'm swimming.

In other news, whats the best way for me to give my charity forfeit? Is that Just Giving site the safest way to do it and prove it?

Open to suggestions for worthy charities, always had a soft spot for animal charities myself.

On the subject of charity donations I finally made mine a couple of weeks ago whilst at a wedding.

The best man had recently had a terrible death in his family when his 13 year old sister decided to commit suicide!!! His brother had written a song which he'd sang at the funeral and then again at the wedding.

They had a collection box for the charity "young minds" which they support since this event and I couldn't think of a better place for my hundo to go.

This is the one I donated to Barry http://www.justgiving.com/Chelsea-Gillian-Courtney-Clark?fb_ref=fundraising-page-new&fb_source=timeline

I know they'd be incredibly grateful for anything received in the name of their sister.

Don't think you need to prove anything by the way. If you say you've made a donation to something we'll all believe you. If you decide to lie (which I know you wouldn't) then you have to live with being a dirty scumbag.

Oh and well done on the 46. Great effort!!

My old fella had a heart bypass op so most evening were back and forth to Leicester to visit, or walking his dogs.

On the mend now, so I can get back to body sculpture Wink

Allowing for the headache I'm fighting off, I picked up pretty much where I left off, so I'm gonna run with it.

Hoping to be deep in the Goliath fri-mon which could disrupt me though.
