If anyone wants to try again with the weight loss or anyone that looked at this during the year and wanted to join but didn't !!
Now is your chance !
Set your own goals ...prop bets with mates ...anything you like, if we can help we will...
During this year we all worked hard and helped each other ....

Lets do the same in 2013 ...

So far DaveShoelace has set his early goals .....I will follow with mine in the week!

Guys I will be back on later today and post some weights and goals etc

I just gotta go pick up my grandpa ....
We have a big dinner New Year's Day ..so my plan will start in a few days !!

Feel free to get involved and past your goals and forfeits and I will sort them all out later today.

How big is this bloody dinner? Obv I am starting tomorrow as the missus is hungover and I said I would see if anywhere nice is open to get her us something nice to eat.

Just want a few of the goodies out he way !

Hopefully I can stick to this (something in need to improve on)

Main thing is my diet ! It's redic bad
Exercise shouldn't be too bad

Pledged to pay £100 to charity if he failed to lose 2 Stone..... he didn't quite make it!
He lost his job so no one has obviously pressured him into paying

He has paid me in two lots £50 we paid to Sean belton (zerofive) for his stop smoking challenge
The second £50 I have just paid to my charity for
Alzheimer's charity

I'm 17st 1lb. Christmas has been bad for me, time to get back on it. I want to do 2lb per week for either 3 or 4 months depending what others are doing. It's so much easier when there is a group

Weighed in today at 16st 2lb

Target is to get under 14st by April 8th as that is when I next go to Vegas.
Works out around 2lb a week on average

Weighed in at a massive 15st 4lb this morning, must have put on at least a stone this year. Sigh.

Targets are:
Be down to 14st 4lb by April 1st.
Be down to 13st 7lb by August 1st.
Maintain August 1st weight to December 1st.

Each missed pound = £10 to a charity of the gf's choosing.
