TY ty, never really been away, just (to use a cricketing expression) playing down the bakerloo while everyone else arrived on the central.  Didn't want to constructively interfere with most people who were doing things the conventional (and correct) way.

Whilst a little bit of excess today was perfectly reasonable, I took some comfort from the fact that I allowed a lot of tasty leftovers go in the bin (rather than in my bin) without any grumble - THAT would not have happened 12 months ago.

Hope everyone enjoys themselves over the holidays whilst maintaining some semblance of control =)

Will be in but it'll be a get big thing again rather than losing weight.

Want to get back to the 50kg dumbells following an approximate 3 month lay off.

Probably going to resurrect my own thread but will pop over here as well to offer support to all you guys.

Good luck everyone!

I've put on 3lbs over Xmas, 9lbs more than my original target weight from last year, 7lbs off my goal weight for the 21st on Jan (Which realistically will have to be the 19th of Jan as I have a friends birthday night out that night).

I imagine 2lbs will drop off merely because its no longer Xmas.

I sort of disagree woodsey nice to be able to look back and see how far we've gone ..and the fact we've now completed a year
Keep adding to this IMO
