Xmas/Vegas was not kind  Sad

Therefore my target is 15st 10lbs to avoid being fined. Think I will try for 3lbs per week if possible, that will get me down closeish to 15st which I would be happy with.

Weighed myself at work this morning, comes to 16st 4lb.
Took a photo on my phone but i'm a technophobe so might work out how to put the pic up..lols

Makes my target 14st 8lb.

To put that in perspective I haven't weighed that amout for at least 10 years. Even doing shed loads of running last year for a half mara I was still around 15st 2lb

Got a few good deals on M+S ready meals to help me control the amount I eat and the calories per day. Smiley

So how's it going?

I am also giving up Coke.  About 6-7 years ago, I snap-gave up coffee as I could start to smell it on me all the time.  I started drinking Coke instead, and the amount crept up to pretty much a 2L bottle a day.  So, caffeine withdrawal as well to go through, but otherwise all fine.

I am also giving up (diet or zero) Coke.

FMP.

<3 coke zero, but just drinking more and more of it.  My favourite drinks are fresh juice/smoothies and water, ainec.  Seems an ok mix to me, so why I was drinking so much pop i have no idea.

Managed to go to the gym yesterday, sat on an exercise bike and watched the Man City game. Not much effort, but as I was hungover, I consider it a small win.

Havent changed the diet dramatically, certainly not eating stuff I dont like - had stuff like scrambled eggs, porridge, humous - all of which I love. Only had bread once so far and we have bought a smaller sized loaf than usual.

Now off to the gym for my first 'proper' session of 2012 - cue an accident under a weight after five minutes and gg 2012 weight loss.
