Morning Fatties,

Must say I am pretty chuffed with this, I knew I had a very good week by my own standards, but with the big loss last week I must say I was still very nervous.

14st 10lbs bang on. That's a 3/14lb loss on the week, 9 1/4lb loss overall.

I expect (and hope) that the weight loss slows down a bit now, as it could actually be the kiss of death if I hit my target too early.

All in all the week went well, not eating too much bread may prove one of the best things I have ever done because for the most part my appetite has been manageable - however had the first few signs of resistance on Thursday/Friday, so I am not out of the woods yet.

If I can lose 2lbs in the next week, I will be delighted.
your gonna lose your fatty status soon mate wpwp

After a week of chopping and changing things and staying at 2lbs, I went back to my original plan and ended the week with a loss of 5.6lbs, which with the way things went i'm quite happy with. Total loss of 1st 2.6lbs.
