15 stone 6 lb for a loss of nothing. Going to Nandos with mates before the grand prix ain't gonna get me off to a good start this week either
post your food intake mate and everyone will help ....doing any exercise?

This

There is a good chance one of the 'thinnies' who check this thread out could suggest some tiny changes that make all the difference.

Well done all. pressure is on me for tomoz
all the training you have done this week 8-10lb loss is my bet glgl

Could actually be a fun gambling game, maybe Trigg could do a book on biggest loser, maybe an over/under on individuals weight loss etc.

Lost 4 lb this week will post pic later, 9lb in two weeks which is really pleasing.
Downside being went to the gym yesterday and was getting some weird pains in the left side of my chest and same region in my upper back so not sure what I've done there..

Had that, you have probably pulled/twisted your rib. It's horrible in that particular location because it feels like your heart.

Does it also hurt when you raise your hand up above your shoulder?

Just weighed in at 16st 13lbs so that's a loss of 2lbs this week which is pretty much as expected. I shouldn't have much in terms of work commitments when I get home each day this week so going to the gym more shouldn't be a problem, going to aim for a loss of 3lbs this week  Smiley
