Could buy yourself a push iron and mix it up a bit?

Yeah defo buying a bike but want to get a good one as i'm a bit of a snob.  Biking in would be a piece of cake.

Enjoying the walking for now.  Think it could be key to my weight loss program.

I've been spending some time online today checking out healthy options at fast food outlets.  At this stage I've managed to avoid bad stuff but am certain at some point I will fancy a maccy d's etc so its good to know what are the "best" options for me.

6 Chicken nuggets are 250 cals 

9 Chicken nuggets are 375 cals
950 in 20 .......

I know what I am getting next time the missus makes me go to Maccy Ds, I am sure they are full of all sorts of shite, but they are pretty filling considering the calorie count.

By the way is anyone is looking for a exercise DVD to do at home when time is short or you simply cba going out to the gym, I can recommend the Billy Blanks Tae Bo one's, pretty good boxercise workouts imo  Smiley
