missed the weigh in this morning, going to check tomorrow.

I would check now but will be hard to know if the loss/gain is a true reflection of the week.

I've not got much to report from the weekend, I ate ok yesterday and today I've had a lovely indulgence day including a semi healthy indian. I'll post it all up later if I can be bothered, failing that I'll do it in the morning....

Well done everyone looks like a cracking week on the whole, even Barry can't be too upset with a tiny increase given he's been on the lash and eating out most of the week Cheesy

I had a weigh in on Friday after training and was 105kg which is 16st 7lb. That was excellent as that is my target weight so happy days.

Checked the waist measurement and it was 37" so not too much over the target of 36.5" so again pretty good.

Cue a Friday evening which started at 5pm and finished at 12.30pm on Saturday and all of a sudden things aren't so good.

I didn't get out of bed 'til 8pm Saturday and had to force a pizza down me. I also had a protein shake before bed but that's it.

Haven't really felt good again today so it's just been 4 eggs on 4 toast + a flapjack.

I've just weighed in now and I'm 16st dead so back to the half way mark to target. The waist's back to 36.5 though so it's not all bad.

I'm just starting to feel normal now so I'm having a full Sunday dinner which should help out a bit.

Need to beast mode it next week to stay on track. Thankfully I haven't got too much bad stuff planned for next week so hopefully I can get back to target by the weekend.

Good work everyone else  thumbs up

Doesn't look ridiculously bad tbh.

Obviously not ideal but I've seen worse.

erm somehow i've lost 5 lbs this week. had a cold so no exercise, just keeping a rough tally in my head of cals around 2K a day.

so obv weight lose is not linear so it could just be the last couple of weeks of no weight loss catching up. have been taking large doses of vit D tho, some quacks on the internet say it helps with colds. took 20K IUs one day and about 10K the rest. just googled and other quacks on the internet are saying it helps weight loss too.

anyway whatever very happy, start weight 230 lbs, current weight 212 lbs, only a measly little 6 lbs to go!
