Ok - starting weight  186.6 pounds/ 13 stone 3
Weight today 181.8 pounds/ 12.9

4.8 pounds lost.

pretty pleased with that as I have fallen off the waggon occasionally. I know that in the first week there is fluid loss but I'm still happy with a positive start.

This thread delivers because without it I would have had 2 chocolate eclairs on Thursday afternoon without fail.

Best thing about this thread for me is even when I have a 'bad' week I will probably stay the same weight rather than increase. I'm just a lot more aware of what I'm shovelling down my gob.

Following a weekend away I've got a huge task to hit target. I've come in at 17st 5lb today which means I need to lose 7lb this week. Sounds impossible but due to a very heavy night last night and an afternoon weigh in I don't think it's quite as bad as it sounds!!

So as it stands I owe £140!!

Big week required!!

5/6 1hour treadmill sessions should do the trick!

Lol that is an odd element to the challenge that seems unfair.

I heard a great podcast recently where a man set a similar challenge, and if he shirked, he had to send $750 to Oprah Winfrey, whom he hates and obv has tons of money anyway.

yeah i watched a video that spoke about this a while ago. they said motivation/success wise leaving the money on a train>>>>>>>>giving it to a scumbag organisation like the nazi party>>>>>>>>>>giving it to charity according to their research.

I deffo will make a small donation, at this stage it's all about hitting the target rather than saving the £££££

I've been lazy this week since I got back from Clacton and need to get my nut down again from this week. I need to get back into my 4 day split, it's annoying that I've gotten lazy at home as my life revolved around training last year even if my diet wasn't great and not being able to go has really put the spanner to everything Sad

It won't have set me back too far in the scheme of things losing 2 weeks and I agree with still giving something to charity even if we hit. I'll flick £50 at each even if I make it and I think I might buy a bunch of clothes that are gonna be too small unless I make weight too for extra incentive lol. Get my old man to set my flat bench up in the morning and then get cracking with that along with macro tracking too. I've told my old dear every choc bar I eat for the rest of the month is £10 for her so I'm not getting anything through!!

I'm going to the Genting comp at the Fox in 2 weeks, travelling up Friday morning and back last thing Sunday or Monday morning. I'll prob try not to drink though dinner is planned with Mr Tabatabai which will no doubt be some serious eating and some wine.

Looks like almost everyone is gonna hit target though which is pretty incred given where everyone was a couple months ago and it's certainly in no small part down to this thread I'd say.

Even the people with a few lbs to lose this week could prob just go jump in a sauna for a few hours and shift it Cheesy
