I have been on "phase 2" for several weeks now, good to see that you realise it is definitely harder than phase 1.

In getting back onto solids, I put on 7 lbs,(normal) but have been able to maintain the weight ok for the last few weeks, including some reasonably bad choices here and there (which must mean my default intake has gotten better without me realising, which is good)

Now I'm getting ready for phase 3, building on the maintenance and making further weight reductions over the next few weeks, doing it the traditional way, sensible choices, no real deprivation and a pound or two here and there.

Extra motivation for bet number 2, as I bought my wedding suit today. Its actually a slim fit jobby and it was the first time I visually realised how much weight I have lost. Fit like a glove but I will certainly be aiming to shed a few more pounds to give me a safety net.

Just had the final gym session of bet number one and feel totally burnt out, the last three months have really caught up on me. I am quite confident ahead of weigh in tomorrow, actually would not be surprised if this was my biggest single losing week because I made a great final push.

Everyone close to target or under it appears so well done gents been good to see it all take shape!!

I've been fluctuating nicely, I was 224 on the Tuesday after getting back from Clacton for a nice 8lb gain... Sorted over the last 10 days though and was back down to 216 this morning for basically nil loss over the last 2 weeks.

I've had a McDonalds and some Kinder Eggs today but I've been well behaved all week and won't be doing anything stupid now before the Fox on Friday. Bit of luck I'll be knocking around the same weight I am now by next Monday when I get home and then I'm on a hibernation until May I think unless anything crops up

target is 14 st 10 lbs, just got on the scales with my clothes on and i'm under 15 so should be ok in the morning. done a load of pro plus to get rid of some water weight just in case

would be so sick to do the same thing again straight away. 13 stone dead target would be amazing but don't feel at all confident. haven't been that light for 20 years and have got more muscle now. hmmm what's everyone else doing?

This left me needing to lose 20 lbs in last 5 weeks.

Week 8:   lost 6lb
Week 9:   lost 4lb
week 10:  lost 4lb
week 11:  lost 4lb

Have really enjoyed this thread and you guys appear to have done really well.

Are you planning on continuing or coming back in say 3 months and posting your weights then?
