Had a pretty solid session yesterday, couldn't improve on 16 consecutive, but getting low down is no longer a problem.

Question: I know this sounds daft but I'm getting so low that my stomach and groin area are touching the floor (OK get your small knob, big knob, fat gut jokes out of the way now). My body is remaining perfectly straight throughout, so I presume this is ok? As long as I am not going down onto my knees basically? My chest is also nearly touching the floor too.

Think I'll get a second video out next week.

If your balls are hitting the mat and you're not doing it naked, you should see a doctor.

If you keep your legs perfectly straight and your abs tensed, then your ass should stick out a little bit and prevent you from dry-humping the mat. Correct form means that your chest should be the only body part hitting the mat, unless of course you are doing it naked...

14st 2lbs today, put on 2lbs since I stopped having a weight target. Just gonna keep posting a few times a month with my weight, as I think the accountability has really helped.

Got a 10k race this morning, I think you get a medal n that. After which, it is all systems go for the press up challenge.

Did it in 57 minutes, nowhere near the 50 I was hoping for, but I pretty much stopped training for this about 3 weeks ago. It was really tough, it was both windy and warm which wasn't a good mix. All about the press ups from here on in.

So after pulling my calf on Saturday morning I went to see the physio at gym today and had a brutal massage on my calf. News is hopefully good for Sunday's Leeds 10k. Going back Friday for a light massage.

Weighed in at 21st 8 lbs which I'm pleased with. #moraleishigh
