Nearly 4lbs dropped so far, mainly crimbo weight. 11 days to go to reach my suit target. Feel quite confident of that, less confident of the 10k run on the treadmill because Ive had back problems all week.

Well I haven't gone to the gym yet.

Now have given my mum my debit card, its pin, and the go ahead to take £250 out.

She is allowed to take £125 of it, if i am not out of the house by 14.00 tomoz for the gym, same happens again the next day. Plan is for this to be on continuous loop so i am out for 5 days a week, unless there are genuine other commitments.

If i am prepared to spend £125 a day not to go to the gym I probably need to see someone, but it should do the trick. Starting weight should be on here tomoz.

A personal trainer would cost you less.

Another 12k to strike off the rowing challenge. I did a 1k warm up and 1k warm down as part of yesterday's weight session and today was 5 x 2k intervals on the concept 2. That takes totals for year to 23,000m completed and too many to type to do.
Feeling good about the challenge and the chance to team up with Boshi on the tr24 run thingy.

Come on Ant, it's not that tough and you will be buzzing post session, you may even play better pokerz with your sharpness.

It's like school used to be with me, absolutely fine and hard working enough while I am there, but getting there is the problem. I will be fine, just need to get the first session under my belt. And you are too right it will help with the pokers.

Mentioned this last time around, but 'My Fitness Pal' app is excellent for keeping track of what your eating and controlling the amount of calories your eating. I find it really helpful to stop me overeating.

Fair play, I think I am just going to go for the halve everything i eat route and go from there. Gym in a couple of hours, woot.

My monumental starting weight will be on here shortly, will be interesting to see how quickly it falls off, it has done very fast whenever I have bothered.
