10pc isn't that high and vs utg it will probaby be exclusively qq an ak plus.

Doing good though bro.

Yeah, I would normally agree.  Thought the 'just stacked him' on the other table in a standard cooler might make a difference to ranges.

Thanks though, think that's the first time you've said that.

Here's today's session.

Most important hand is when we have AA and are put in a tough spot when over 200bb's deep - its going on PHA so all please go there when you get some time.

Hands we lost..
http://wt.ag/OP6csr
unfortunate... don't think I can find a fold here when he can easily have Jx/Qx and very rarely, 33.  Not sure a river bet/3bshove can ever be good though.... probably close.

http://wt.ag/OP6aAZ
Really unsure what he has, but this isn't a line people use for bluffing... he just has 'it'

http://wt.ag/OP6dMV
We cr because we can't cc effectively... they will often fold their random overs.. when he does call I don't expect him to fold the turn all the time, but I will sometimes barrel.
When he checks back turn I believe he has 8x at best, or random overs and I don't want to cc more than 1.10 so instead I set my own showdown price, knowing he will never raise with AK/ AJ type hands - almost certainly bad vs anyone 'decent' but it won't get exploited at these levels.

http://wt.ag/OP6gbQ
don't hate a call down here, not loving it but very little i can do I think.

http://wt.ag/OP6ekf
Just get it in preflop pls mate, i need to make my sizing pre small enough that if someone else calls and he shoves I can re-ISO.  when he does this it just robs me of my equity - meh.

http://wt.ag/OP6eR4
bah - humbug.

http://wt.ag/OP6f7v
I bet the turn to get a free showdown but when they donk here they normally have Q10 or Q8 type hands so he's not folding to a raise and we never have the best hand. #wpsir

http://wt.ag/OP6fo2
pretty easy give up here..

Some hands we won..

http://wt.ag/OP6iAd
nice peel bro, good turn card. Cheesy Cheesy

http://wt.ag/OP6lw0
interesting hand..

http://wt.ag/OP6lMq
to induce, vs this guy he's got a 4 out of 4 raise/4bt vs me in late position, so i ubersnapped this off. Cheesy #didagoulder

http://wt.ag/OP6jo2
mbn to flip good...

http://wt.ag/OP6ks3
interesting play from him... embrace variance i say!  (i've found a few people have Kx fd's in these spots a lot recently, loving my Axhh)

http://wt.ag/OP6nnB
cool flop bro... shame I couldn't get it all.  So much easier for them to have tp when we has the second of sets..

http://wt.ag/OP6ory
thin ownage baby... this is a bet no other reg on stars <25nl even thinks about - fact.

http://wt.ag/OP6qQo
doesn't has a fold button..

Below is my first 100k hands on stars as a 10nl reg.  Obviously a lot has happened in the last week or so, as you can see by the drastic change.  Hoping to keep this up and despite apparently running above EV, many of them are just flips/ Ax fd's/ combo draws.

1bb/100 over 100k hands - howzat?

I just want to make an apology to everyone for how I've referred to anyone of my opponents in poker that was inappropriate or downright offensive, I think it is from a silly idea of a venting frustration.  It is absolutely never meant in a serious manner, however sometimes this 'game' is frustrating, and for whatever reason, the young men (often) of my generation seem to 'lash out' with language that we seem to have 'rationalized' as acceptable even though it clearly is not.

I will be making my attitude towards people a top priority as I move forward.

Good, good, fall in line. Now go collect your regulation grey uniform and repeat after me: "french and Italians are not bad at poker, just different, all hail tikay"

Forgot they even existed anymore. Still dream of the day they can come back on stars.com.

Haha keys is spot on as per.

And you're wrong John it doesn't really chane his range and if he does the correct adjustment would be to 4bet bluff not call.

Nevermind tho. Will look at rest when I have some time.

Had a really messy start to the session today where I had an argument with C about something 'silly' and started playing but made some mistakes at the start.

First time I think I can remember of having an argument happen then playing while still a little wound up, will make sure I calm down or sort it out before in future.

Then rescued it and had a bunch of annoying hands..
- AK vs AJ where he 3bt/calls $3 of $5.50 (or something) pre then donk shoves QJxhh..
- Another 4bt pot bvb where A10 3bt/calls pre and out-flops my AQ with an A10x board - ez game.
- KQ vs   on
- KQ vs 88 in 4bt pot where I get 3bt, he cold calls then peels my 4bt and calls all in on  three diamonds

Cliffs -
- Played B game at best, had a bunch of C game hands that got bigger than they should, probably should have won 3-4bi's but just the 1.
- Next time settle down after an argument before playing.

Took a shot in tonight's first session - changed 1 table out for a 25nl table.

So we had 3x 10nl and 1x 25nl on the go.

It started very well, quickly getting to +$60 overall.. then started a TV session with fitzy and first hand we get KK vs AA obv on the big table.  Lol gg $25

Then get KK vs AA again, and before I know it we're hitting JJ vs QQ for 50bb's and we've dropped to close to +$0.

Obv should've stopped @ +$20 but tbh I didn't even think about that, I was so busy in session and so happy I was playing my A game almost the entire time that the stop loss didn't even come into my head.  Then made one mistake with 77 vs QQ on 8936 where I stacked off vs a shortie.. bad turn when he bets big but i flicked it in.

Anyways, here's the graph and the biggest few hands..

Little sucky for a 'shot' but I played really well the entire time and obv a few coolers doesn't mean anything.

http://wt.ag/VQJD8k
sweet hand, sweet runout, he tanked for ages before calling...

http://wt.ag/VQJJwS
meh

http://wt.ag/VQJP7x
pretty sick runout.. weeeeeeeeeee

http://wt.ag/VQJTEo
when he 6bts instead of shoving, I kinda want to fold but obv now it sucks..

http://wt.ag/VQKkhU
meh.. sucks a bit but can't be bad.

http://wt.ag/VQKnud
nice river.. makes calling that much easier.. really unsure if i'd have hero'd or not.. note made. Cheesy

http://wt.ag/VQKypm
don't like cf/cc river so it needs to be a b/f to me... i made it a little smaller to save the extra 10bb's since he is never bluff shoving..

http://wt.ag/VQKLsB
I reasoned this hand out really well and even said to fitzy "I can't imagine what he has to call turn, that could call a shove here... maybe a house, or just a Q.. but he should fold everything here..."
obv he 'should' fold here if i had shoved, sucks that I didn't go for it.

http://wt.ag/VQKYMv
little unfortunate obv

http://wt.ag/VQL5I3
because he's donked turn and river this could be a fold... but I was saying to fitzy about the possible 6x combos.. and I'm pretty sure that 66 is the only one he gets here with.  So maybe a mistake - really not sure.

Going to carry on now with another session, sucks to have lost when I played so good for so much of it.

Will take a shot with 1x25nl table but have a stop loss of 1bi on that table.

bol to me, welcome to sweat if you want.

So second session, also feel like I played really well...

Don't think I've done much/anything significant wrong today which makes the days total of -$66.19 Net won and -$2.83 Ev adjusted a little sore to deal with.

Biggest hands from second session.
http://wt.ag/QdTFf1
could be bad, unsure... when bvb there are a LOT of reg's who raise/4bt with a high frequency in 10nl, I can only assume that this is the same in 25nl and as such this probably won't be too bad if they're willing to stack off with a range like this:

Raise/4bt/call -
3% - 99+, AKs
4.7% TT+,AQs+,AQo+

We have 34.584/ 34.397% vs these options

Raise/4bt/fold -
We need him to fold 43% apparently.. Which bvb, could be close..... vs an unknown I really don't know.

I found this but I'm too tired to use it atm, can't get excell to do it for me so laters...
"The EV equation for a lead shove bet with pot = P before your bet, bet = B, fold equity = F and card equity = E is
EV = F*P + (1-F)*[E*(P+B) - (1-E)*B]
You can set EV = 0 and solve for F. Instead, I wrote the equation in Excel and use its Goal Seek function to get the fold equity break-even value."

http://wt.ag/QdTEb8
Just peel whydontcha? must be nice....

http://wt.ag/QdTJLS
sigh...

http://wt.ag/QdTOiD
seems like a takeoff, but I was completely right about his range... just wrong that he would fold it.  Seems like a really, really bad call from him, but nvm - note made and carry on.

http://wt.ag/QdTQqS
was fun otr, I was thinking so much about sizings, but went for that to get a call, when he raised I hi-5'd dealer and shipppped it in!

http://wt.ag/QdTSPt
[X] tried a backraise..

http://wt.ag/QdTVL3
50p

http://wt.ag/QdTWyF
misclicked the flop... thanks for the moneys! Cheesy

Had a swingy session today, up then down a bit and up again.

Finished +3bi which is obv good. Then stopped due to personal stuff and just chilled with a drink and some snacks.

Will upload a graph in a bit.

Cliffs
got called down by A high when I bet flop, turn and river with a pair that turned into a straight...

3b/5b AQo vs KK again today.. Bb vs SB again

Bluff caught a nice hand 77 vs K10hh on 442hh 6o

Other than that played pretty good, not mistake free 100% but im creeping over 90% more often each day.
