Well done again. What surprises me is that this must be a relatively thin market, and Billy Mountain doesn't move the price when we all bet. I'm also surprised at the size of bet they are prepared to take on this.

a quick update on the french open where we are on djokovic and murray at evens at 25/1 e/w respectively

start of week two

top half

djokovic plays gasquet in the fourth round with Nadal/Sock waiting in the quarters

murray plays chardy and if he wins faces Cilic/ferrer in the quarters

bottom half

this opened out slightly with tsonga beating berdych in the 4rd round

tsonga now plays nishikori in the quarters

monfils and federer are 1 set all resuming the winner plays wawrinka in the quarters


djokovic is odds on across the board
nadal 4/1
murray 9/1

currently nishikori is the lowest price in the bottom half at 10/1, presumably fed goes 8-1 or so if he beats monfils

I think I did post something in reply last time.  The odds had moved so far from betfair that you lost a fair bit on the win part that more or less balanced the place part.

I just spent 5 minutes doing a calc on Nishikori and depositing some money only for the market to diappear with sportingwet.  Was a very good bet on my calcs.

What a coup for the BOG arbers out there who took evens earlier.  Laid evens and 1/10 a place.  Going to get 7/4 and 4/11 to place.  Incredible scenes!  Lovely start to the week for the arbing flith!
