Incredible last throw by the German.  Barely looked like she put any effort into it.  No screaming/shouting and sails to the gold.  Birdsnest gone very quiet!   

Been a great comp, mainly because everyone is a bit average, meaning its so close.

Ladbrokes had us at 6/4 2nd favs without the front 2.  Nigeria were 10/11.  Was surprised we weren't favs tbh.

Price was correct from the heat results. We only had christine pikachu to come in and she had run woeful in the 400m final. Nigerians got tactics wrong.
