Just realised Coral are best Dean Cain at 6/1 for the jump.  Suggest £40.  He is a genuine superhero, but more importantly he is a bit of a skier and poor Beth doesn't seem to be much of one.

Was looking at Thejump a couple of days ago.

Beth has never skied before. Brian McFads has always struck me as someone who'd have a crack at anything.

Never again after rugby sure thing was gubbed by Joey Essex last year though.

I think theres a good line to take for future big brother bets. I think last year I posted Helen at 50s? I got a similar price this year for Tiffany, she's far, far from won but odds significantly shortened.

Basically somebody who is the outsider usually is hated by everybody and expected to be voted out in next weeks show. Producers usually love these people because they are controversial and although people hate them, they want to keep seeing them, so they fix things to keep them in a while longer and change them from villain to hero relatively easily.

I think in the future anybody who is at all controversial and is 40+/1 should likely be a bet. Interesting if its the same on big brother from all other parts of the globe, could be a decent way to make money, especially as I'm sure the producers in smaller countries are even more bent.

The series before Helen, Jim went 40-1 to favourite after he was very controversial initially saying highly negative things and then turned into the "honest guy"

^^^^

Thanks Patrick.

We have, I seem to recall, various CB positions already, no idea if that includes Tiffany. Of course, that would not stopping us investing further if value is there.

I believe Chompy, Doobsy, & possibly Marky are our CBB sorts, so maybe they can comment. Marky is probably on already, if anything moves, breathes or shows any sign of life he generally bets it.

I don't really follow big brother anymore, Chompy is your man.  A lot of what Patrick says makes sense, so will forgive the World Class after timing on Tiffany, air time is a huge part of it.  I would add that once the "pack" picks on someone should be added to the criteria.  There have been many controversial people who are part of the "pack" who just get more hated.  I can see why Tiffany could win from my brief viewings, no idea how Helen won.

We need help getting on with The Jump.

One of life's mysteries how Helen Wood won.

She's since been banned from BOTS for comments made.

I've had had three bets on the whole cereal so far, Nancy for eviction one, which I'm sure was fixed to get Winston McKenzie out, and Nancy for eviction two, when she got the boot.

PS,  aftertiming aftertiming aftertiming

Might be going a bit crazy but in the final at Towcester tonight (9.24) I like the price of the outsider of the field.

Watched videos this morning and IF (big if) she can just trap like last week, she doesn't get led. Not known for her ultimate trapping but seems to get on with the Towcester boxes alot better than some tracks she visits and pitched on the inside tonight has a chance to hold her ground round the first bend. Last week she outtrapped the 2/1f in Trap 5 tonight (who was inside her last week) and got pushed out of the way despite being half a length up at the bend. Going from red tonight it doesn't get a chance to push her out of the way from half a length behind, should we trap again.

It's speculative but I do think it's genuinely too big based on videos of the heats.

Finch scratched around a bit, definitely not at his fluent best but got a solid score so it's a good start to the bet, nice buffer over Head (2), Lynn (17) and Watson (12). Next top batsman were the guys who are going to miss a game (smith 21, Warner 17) and Lynn's deficiencies against good spin bowling were shown tonight.  May be easier batting up top against the Indian's,  so Finchy opening should be a positive thing going forward. So far, so good ...
