Scotland are playing Italy today in a friendly on a neutral ground have been looking at way to back Scotland .....yep.....Smiley

Italy are obv favs but their form is poor ,their qualifying campaign was not great, but more so they have major injury worries especially in midfield

Scotland are in better form with wins against the Czech Rep ,Denmark both 1-0 ,and can be backed at 4/1 which I didn't find very generous but you can back Scotland draw no bet @ 11/4 which in comparison to the win price looks better

Also looked at under 1.5 @ 2/1 with hills as both teams are notoriously low scoring and Italy even when winning their group usually did by only the odd goal
So the question I would ask the experts is if you had similar thought process what would you be betting

I realise' my 'thought process may be criticised ( and/or wrong) but generally interested in views

Garbine Muguruza seems to have a wide open quarter having drawn seventh seed Vinci in her section and been drawn in the opposite side of the draw to Serena.

She's looking very impressive and improving round by round.

Yes, Kuznetsova should have tried to mix her game up a bit to try to put Muguruza out of her rhythm but I guess that's easier said than done when you are up against that much power.

bergeroo seems to have nailed the women's tournament predicting a good run for Muguruza and an early exit for Kerber.

Any love for the torso rossos at 200/1 Each Way with hills.  You get fifth first 3.  Think they line up 7 and 8 and we have a rain forecast (just checked).  There isn't a lot between the top teams and they could be higher if one of the better drivers/cars get baulked in qualifying.  40/1 top 3 looks clearly too high to me.

I  realise I jumped the gun with mclaren, but think this is worth a tenner each way too.

Suggest £10 each way both torso rossos with Hills at 200/1.

Interesting idea ..

Hmmm, I think I'd be more tempted to go with the Force India's at 300/1 as the Toro Rosso's will struggle in the wet conditions due to a lack of traction and car balance.

I'm going to put £5 EW on all four drivers 1/5 1-3.

Well done both for coming up with the win e/w coup, hope plenty got on Perez!

Very unlucky on the bets there Peter - one dopey pit stop costs Riccardo and you correctly predicted that in-race incidents would be dealt with under VSC. Curses to Monaco turning into Spa at the start.

Wow, we don't often get a 300/1 shot in the frame. Great shout.

Was 250/1 when we got on.  Sorry for the sloppy work on the price.

I need to check the rules on if a safety car start is counted as a safety car.

Overall though, we made a profit, I think, need to tot up Smiley

Safety Car settled as a loser on betfair.  Thinking was good, just messed up by too much rain at the start.

At $4.65 for a Venti Latte and at an XE.com rate of 1.46, I make that nearly 48 lattes.

At 240 calories a pop, that's 11,471 calories.

Blimey!

Fantastic! I personally made a profit of £95.02. The spread bet lost me a little as Raikkonen retired before Verstappen.

Gotta ask, shouldn't the two each way wins on Perez and Hulkenberg be against my name on the spreadsheet? I believe I said Force India after Doobs said Toro Rosso?
