Fantastic article Tikay.  Thanks for posting   Great memories of the tea lady's in the golden era.  Forgot all about Val and her daughters cruising around the office serving us all.  Article absolutely nails every single key factor why they have been so successful.

I just asked Gill if 365 still have tea-ladies with a trolley.

"Yes, 4 times a day"

Amazing.

When do you move firms?

Cheesy

Gotta fly the Flutter flag.

Ahhh, but do any of those have tea ladies coming round 4x a day?

Believe me Val and her daughters certainly weren't any super models so the eye candy factor was negative but the stokie banter was great.   Marky would be more interested in the biscuits and cakes!

I wouldn't get a look in if Tikay was there, as the whole cake/biscuit tray would be swiped before it hit my desk Cheesy

You got me there Marky.

PS - WTF is a "slots spreadsheet"? Please don't tell me you use HEM & GTO Solvers for Slots?

Haha, no solvers. We used a calculator to check if offers were +ev, though.

I had an Excel sheet to track all the deposits & withdrawals etc.

The old man is an Excel whizz, so set it up with formulas to track every deposit/withdrawal, and keep a record of site/overall P&L on the front page.

You really are an utter degen.

I'm about to eat some Biscoff cheesecake, and then have some Ben & Jerrys for dessert after dinner.

Would San Marino win the conference north/south or how much lower would they have to go to win a league down the football pyramid?  Only Stan James were stupid enough to go 1/100 comm free tonight on England.   Half of oddschecker used to put up 1/100 on this game a decade ago.  The firms are slowly learning.

As stupid as this sounds given previous golden generations could this england generation have far too much attacking quality and not enough Tony Adams types and a decent keeper?

Perhaps this is rather simplistic, but my feeling is that England lack only mental strength and resilience when they are defending a 1 goal (sometimes 2) lead against quality opposition. It's uncanny how even the best models of England over the course of the last few decades have resorted to the "aimless hoof" in these circumstances.

And then there's the lack of further mental fortitude to win penalty shoot-outs.

Anyone used this site before? https://bettin.gs/

Interesting concept, looks like it could certainly present the data in a clear & methodical way.
