Is he starting in the specified position?
did the bet specify a position?
Actually, no - I thought it did.
Here is the betslip.....

To Win £40.00
Leighton Baines to start against San Marino - Leighton Baines Special - Leighton Baines Special @ 5/4 @ 2.25

If, and it is a big if imo, Englands mean goals was 7 then surey betting over 6/6.5 goals @ 1.89 with Pinnacle would be better than taking a shorter price about England to score 7+ on their own?

May I just confirm that the last time England scored 7 goals in any match (competitive or friendly) was in1993, when Graham Taylor's team failed to qualify by only winning 7-1?
I'm just trying to get my head around this bet, poisson or no poisson.

Good morning.
The Michael Van Gerwen darts bet.
I'm afraid I kept missing that, even though I seem to recall that is was bumped several times.
He is now 50/1 with Betfred.
1) Is this still a worthwhile bet?
2) Win, or each way? EW terms are "half, 1,2".
I have taken a tenner for myself, & if we agree it is still a bet, I'll transfer it across to the Fred account
today.
Also, do we know who the original author of the proposal was, as I need to assign it to someone if we take it?
BUMPETY BUMP
I Posted the above last SUNDAY.
It refers to the upcoming PDC Championships, NOT the current thingie in Dublin.
His current best price is 40/1.
I "reserved" a tenner at 50/1, but asked...
Should it be win or EW?
Who was the original owner of the bet? (We now know it was BAZZABOY)
I have already placed the bet on my own account, but will tx it across if we agree it is a Fred bet.
Keep the bet for yourself Tony, not really fair on you to have your own cash on and then give it to the thread account now the firms have woken up and he is much shorter and playing great again this week. If he had played like a drain and said he was sick of the game you would have been stuck with it in your own figures, so only fair you get the benefit of getting yourself on imo.

The 7 goal mean is only really being suggested in this thread. The market makes the mean about 6.25. I don't have a view on it and certainly wouldn't be backing England to get more than that but if you want to there are many better ways to do it than betting 7+ goals at 8/11.

I think Betfred's 13/8 on Scotland has to be taken advantage of.
With both the Fletchers back in the team and a possible start for the in-form Kris Commons likely I think Scotland will be too strong for a very poor Wales team. I expect it to be a pretty poor game.
Steven Fletcher & Commons in particular will have a point to prove to Levein.
I know someone else suggested this bet earlier I don't recall the price being mentioned but if it was no better than 13/ I would snap up as much as I could of it.

Im gonna suggest £75 each way, so a max bet on Danny Wellbeck 1st goal tonight, 3-1 with b365. We get evens he scores anytime, on betfair he is 1-2. Even by sacrificing a tiny amount of equity on the first goal (he is 3.8-1 on bf) so we lose around 4.2% on that but gain 16.67% on the each way.
I actually think you should have £150 each way for a double max as it really is free equity

Definitely can get on
2nd best is Blue square as they are same price first 9 goals, so if Wellbeck starts and stays on and somehow scores the 10th goal we would lose with them but win bet365

Basically if you have £150ew on
21% time we win £600
46% time we break level
33% time we lose £300
