FML was stuck on a plane for last 3 hours and missed the goalscorers coup. Nice spot.

Lol. You were stuck on a plane, I was stuck on the M1, but no matter, as long as plenty of the lads got on.

Can't see why bradford city are 10/11 today at home to York

Bradford have won six and lost none of their last 12 league clashes with York City, although the last meeting was in 1996.

York have registered just one win in their last seven league matches (W1 L2).

Bradford have conceded just three goals at the Coral Windows Stadium this season. No other team has a better home defensive record.

No team have been shown fewer yellow cards than Bradford City (11).

Morning Rhodesy,

Thanks - that looks a decent price to my naive eye, though I'd like some comment from others before we have a mini-plunge, but unless it gets negative comment, yes, we'll get on.

I do have a question for you though, & it is a genuine question, not sarcy or smartarse.

See that part I have enboldened?

We see that sort of stat again & again, & I'm always puzzled when I see it.

Do you genuinely think it has any relevance to a match today? Personally, I can't see that it does. In my case, I confess, if I am looking for a reason to bet something, trying to convince myself, I put all the pros & cons in two lists ("for" & "against") & I guess I would add it to the "for" list! I actually think I'm just being delusional when I do that.

Thanks again, let's see what others think about Bradford, but we will probably have a small interest.

20 minutes of the 1 hour DVD gone and all I have learned is he drinks champagne, is very fat and that he lost 1 million pounds, that he didn't have, by laying Fujiyama Crest at 3-1 when he thought it should have been 20-1. Fujiyama was the last of Frankie's 7 winners at Ascot on that day. I think I may have been conned !

Daily Report as @ 1045 Saturday October 13th

We made a proft of £50 yesterday. Who needs a Gary Wiltshire DVD?

Tighty's clever Leighton Baines spot got home. He tipped it at 2/1, I got on, mistakenly really, at 5/4, only then to realise it was not a bet at that price. The Value Pie was past it's sell-by-date, but still very edible if hungry enough.

We placed two small bets, one for Sunday's NFL, & one long-term arrows jobbie.

Our bet on 3G to be Top European at the Frys.com Golf affair continues to tease & titillate.

He remains Top European after Round Two, but the same two Europeans, Blixt & Hern, remain 1 & 2 shots behind, respectively, following us in a sort of "Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid" chase, we just cannot shake those bad boys off.

I had a rather unfortunate day yesterday, as I got uncalmy becalmed on the M1 in a 5 hour monsta jam, so I missed all the various goals-based bets on England.

Every bet imaginable was proposed, hat tricks for Rooney, 7, 8 or 9 goals for England, & some Dubai whoppers on specific goalscorers. As luck would have it - for Fred that is - I think it would have ended neutral, or a small loss, so we dodged a bullet I suppose.

I'm not sure I would have been investing 2 or 3 double Max's though. I don't really want to bet outside my comfort zone, I just want to enjoy it, so I think I'd have said "£300 max" on the match, split that £300 anyway you want. We will continue to back Dubai's stuff pretty much "blind", but those sums last night would have spooked me a bit I think. Nits gonna nit & all that.

Bobby mentioned the Van Gerwen darts bet. It makes no difference to me if it is on Fred, or my off-thread account, it comes to the same thing, but Bazza stuck the bet up, & I missed it originally, which I felt bad about, so the win part belongs to Fred really. I still have the place part on the other account, too.

Today & tomorrow's bets.

I'm working (in the loosest sense) all weekend, at the SPT in Nottingham, but Tighty will be with me, & he'll be on the lappie throughout, juggling 7 different Live Updates, whilst I swan around, schmooze the Clients, & commentating in a manner which will have everyone searching desperately for the Mute Button. To that end, I'll spare you a link to the Live Stream. Too kind, me.

So, we WILL be able to action any bets, providing Tighty does not mind monitoring Fred, as he can stick the bets on for me if I give him the account passwords, & he can multi-task with the best of them. The only dodgy time will be between Noon & 2pm, when things get a little stressy before a Hosted event commences.

Have a great weekend, whatever your plans.

DARTS

PP go 6/5 over 5.5 King 180's tonight v Dolan.  All others go over 6.5 at around 4/6 8/11, Spin go 6.8 as the midpoint.

He hit 6 in 13 legs last night in a first to 3 set match, tonight is first to 5 sets, if he wins each set 3-1 to win 5-0 that is 20 legs, likely to see around 25-28 though.

GET ON QUICK.  MASSIVE PRICE.

Instantly changed to 6.5, which I would argue is still a price worth taking.
