full time

20 corners to 2

28 goal attempts at both ends

6 yellows and a comedy red card

all in enjoyable game

it transpires that mascherano was not happy with the driver of the medical truck so kicked him in the back

real shame the market was not busier

there was not a bad tackle in the game and how he spotted the kick is still beyond me but he did

a very strange ref who seemed to spend 10 minutes wandering onto the ball and then the next 5 looking to give fouls for nothing

lets hope he somehow makes it to the world cup

Hopefully you are still up.

I have found another horse for your last free bet.

Sea Siren is an Australian sprinter owned by Coolmore, and Australian sprinters have a good recent record at Ascot.

I don't know a huge amount about Australian form, but it seems he was out of form for a few races, but bounced back with a 2nd last time.  There doesn't seem to be much wrong with his 2012 form.  He is also best price with Hills, which is what we want.

Presumably he isn't here to make up the numbers, and the UK sprinters aren't up to much in my view.

Suggest £25 free bet on Sea Siren in the Golden Jubilee on the 22 June.

Have a good trip.

Game three of the NBA Finals on Tuesday night/Weds 2am and the series is 1-1. Pretty surprised that the Spurs are -2.5 at home, I thought they'd be closer to -5 or 6. They got thrashed in game two last nite but it was a freaky game, close until a ridic blowout in 10 mins around the 4th quarter starting, then they rested all their stars, having won game one away they had done their job in these first two games. I think the Heat will fancy the second of the games in San Antonio, after only one days' rest, against the old boys of San An, and obv while they won't give this one away, I think the Spurs will win this and set up a titanic game 4 (remember it's 7 games in the final, played 2 at Miami, 3 at San An, 2 at Miami). Thoughts Redarmi, anyone? You've lost 24 in a row, time for an NBA bet!
Time to break open the milk cake, San Antonio won by 36. I'm sure you'll have backed it and just waiting to copy and paste the slip?! FWIW expecting a Miami bounce in game 4 on Thurs

Cricket Australia says David Warner was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with an England player, believed to be Joe Root. He has been reported for "unbecoming behaviour" and has been stood down from the squad, pending an investigation.

Daily Report

Loss on Month £431.68

Outstanding Bets £1092.25

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aia1Hxq-NDNWdFk3UmlTSXMzTjRBTVNfOWRndVFsZHc&pli=1#gid=25

A loss of just under a fiver yesterday with a red card in the Ecuador/Argentina game virtually offsetting a couple of smaller losses in the same game and taking the Irfan/Hafeez Champions Trophy bets as losses

This is because India's facile victory over the much fancied West Indies knocked Pakistan out of the tournament with a game still to come. So those two bets never really managed to land a blow

Today, Australia play New Zealand and it would probably be asking a bit too much for New Zealand to beat them and give us the easy green out.

Northants scored 320-4 against Leices yesterday to continue their march towards the LVCC2 title whilst in LVCC1 Middlesex lost the toss on a flat one at Lords and had a much tougher day. Weather is around in the next few days though, and much could change

Weather is also around in Philadelphia, with early discussions on the playability of the sodden Merrion course on here and thread postulating as to who might benefit

We also now have £120 on various Royal Ascot races next week

The month is salvagable yet.

Wade top batsman for the Aussies @10/1 with sporting bet they haven't reacted to the news. More than likely he will be opening. Most of the market has adjusted

Have a tenner on, if he doesn't open we don't do our conkers

Its far from certain that he won't play in the Ashes

Wade isn't good enough at the top of the order anyway against Anderson and the new ball

If Clarke is fit he runs away with it anyway

Watching brief.

Mitchell Starc is one of the top ODI bowlers in the world, and handy with the bat.

Naturally, Australia have dropped him today

Going to be a fun old Summer for those railing the Ashes

Like watching those England teams of 1985-95 with selectors panicking at every turn
