I have not had time, or quite enough feel, to get several suggested US Open bets on. In particular, I was interested in Garcia (Top European) @ 11/1, & someone mentioned a couple of long shots, too. If I can find them easily, I'll have a quick look & maybe get on.

Richie Porte 4.5 Bet365

Porte podium, not a bad shout. He's good mates with Froome, often train together in Nice & closely match each other. Froome the better climber & Porte a stronger time trialist. If the Sky team are working particularly well & dominating the race in the mountains they can engineer a 1/2. Also, if Froome were to crash out etc, he's a standout podium spot.

Bet365 were not in the least amenable - they allowed us £1.43. Still, that'd be a fiver if it won, & that was a week's wages when I started work. So we have plunged.

They were unamenable & then I remembered that an alternative way of punting this was suggested by Tighty, & Tonji agreed.
