I think making the thread "private" is a step too far for the forum

We could make it "members only" so guests cannot view it. At least then we'd have a shot at seeing which odds-setters, if any, were watching

We could also password protect views of the spreadsheet

iirc tikay's view was that it was highly unlikely that bookies were following this. Is this incorrect?

I must be the only person on here that gets slated when they do a recommend and then gets slated for backing it when it wins, and celebrating.

Strange bunch

What recommend got slated, surely I was on and how much have we won? Wink

Trinidad & Tobago were never able to push on, & ended 153/5 in their 20 overs.

Meanwhile, Mumbai are going well, 61/0 after 7, with Mr Tendulker deciding to have one of his better days so of late.

i think fred and followers of fred count for a tiny fraction of a percent for the bookmakers
now if we had 30 or 40 people copying every bet then they might keep an eye on it

Just realsed, His Chompness put us on BAMFORD as Top League One Goalscorer bloke - he scored TWICE today.

He'll expect a Knighthood in tomorrow's Daily Report.

No doubt in my mind that odds compilers view this thread.

On another subject, I know it's not the done thing here to lambast anyone for putting up a losing tip. But can we make an exception in Luther's case please?

Bamford is definitely destined for better things. That bet is gonna have a sweat in January. Still prefer Britt to TID obv, but wouldn't mind Bamford binking.

Posh and Wolves should both be shorter prices for the Johnston's Paintpot. The gulf between the two top and the rest is as wide as for the big boys in the Premiership imo. We're in different sections, so won't meet until the final, if at all.

Darragh really wants a trophy and this tournament won't be a problem, given the Poshy squad size.

I've just gone in at 11-1 after an easy win over Preston today. That's the third unbeaten record we've ended in the last four matches, after also beating MK Donks and Rotherham.

Recommend £20 @ 11-1, various places.

Interesting one to possibly add to the League One top scorer portfolio.

Patrick Bamford was 40-1 with Buttermeup until I just managed to get a tenner on. Now he's 33-1. This guy is class. He's only on loan until January from Chelsea but this is his third spell with Franchise and I can't believe they'll haul him back. He's only 20 and the more experience the better.

He's now on six goals after today's brace and MK will be up there come the end. They're also fairly prolific. Worth a ten-spot I would suggest,

Win only?

BMU go qtr odds, first four.

Confirm, please.

The £10 Win @ 33/1 is reserved, pending your reply.

Perhaps not the best spot for an eachy-way, as a lot depends on whether he stays in January. Win only better at 33-1, although VCSlash went 40, 33, 25, 20...now 16-1. This could cost the industry miwwions.

BET PLACED

WIN ONLY

£10 @ 33/1, BMU, Patrick Bamford, Legue One Top Scorer Bloke.
