A couple of suggestions for a couple of matches coming up over the next couple of weeks.

Everton v Stoke on Saturday - Suggesting £20 on Stoke "Draw no bet" at 4/1

Stoke look a very different unit these days and look more than capable of getting a result away from home even against the better sides in the league. They are standout in one place only with SpreadEx (I do not use this bookie). However they have only won one away game in the league at West Ham, but some very notable away games when losing out just to Manchester United & Liverpool and picking up a point at Swansea.

FC Copenhagen v Real Madrid - 10th December - Suggesting £20 FC Copenhagen 4/1 with Bwin

I maybe one hundred miles away from anything with this bet or onto a really good price, but Bwin have priced up this at 4/1 for them to beat Madrid.

Madrid have won the group now and FC Copenhagen sit on 4 points at the bottom of the table, 2 points behind second placed Juventus and in third are Galatasary with 4 points. Copenhagen still have something to play for, a win would give them European football guaranteed in either the Europa League or even (?) the Champions League. Madrid have won the group, nothing to play for and are away to a team that needs a result, got to be expecting a full Copenhagen side v weak Madrid side, plus Madrid are away to Osasuna a few days after.

I think 4/1 won't be around nearer to date, however got to appreciate a weaker side may still be a tough game for Copenhagen.

Looking foward to the discussion!

Hi Aaron.

The Everton Stoke game, Stoke "Draw No Bet" is now best 15/4, but it seems to correlate as it should to the Outright prices.

The suggestion for Copenhagen to beat Real Madrid in the CL game on 10th December @ 4/1? BWin now go 21/4, but 6/1 (SIX to one) is freely available in 4 or 5 spots. If it were value @ 4/1, then 6/1 would be the best value ever ever ever.

Newcastle have a better squad
Newcastle have better form
Newcastle have more experienced squad

When both teams have locked uop top half position but cant finish higher.

Green - fighting for world cup place
Red - No chance of wold cup place

31 Boruc
02 Clyne
23 Shaw
04 Schneiderlin
06 Fonte
26 Hooiveld
16 Ward-Prowse
12 Wanyama
07 Lambert
20 Lallana
09 Rodriguez

Substitutes
03 Yoshida
08 Davis
17 Osvaldo
22 Chambers
25 Gazzaniga
38 Reed
40 Gallagher

Newcastle United
01 Krul
13 Yanga-Mbiwa
03 Santon
24 Tioté
06 Williamson
02 Coloccini
07 Sissoko
04 Cabaye
14 Remy
23 Sh Ameobi
11 Gouffran
Substitutes

08 Anita
09 Cissé
10 Ben Arfa
19 Haidara
21 Elliot
25 Obertan

28 Sa Ameobi

Debuchy
Guttierez

So when we get to the 30 games mark and both teams are relatively safe etc Id say Newcastle would be favourites because of having a better squad, a bigger squad, a more experience squad and a squad who has mroe to play for.

seems ok?

So wugwug? Am I talking bollocks? I've literally no idea!

Thanks Patrick.

I'm not really sure what point you are trying to make here, which probably explains the lack of replies or responses. I doubt many here know what "wugwug" means, either, I certainly don't, though I do know it is the name of your website.

Good luck today at the UKIPT @ DTD.

We have already had a bet on Newcastle @ 20/1, with a 33 point start, to win the PL on the BMU Handicap Market. .

Lara Gut set the best time again in training over a second quicker than next best Tina Weirather. Pre race favourite, Tina Maze is improving but still looks off the pace, her strength is later in the week with Giant Slalom.

Race is tomorrow, you'd normally expect top five or so to be separated by less than a second. Hoping for a big smile on the top step of the podium please Lara!

“The snow is really aggressive here and we, racers, aren't not really used to it. In Europe most of the courses are icier and the turning technique is different. For now, I'm going to watch the video of my run and try to improve for tomorrow. There were a few turns where I didn't skied the way I wanted, especially the second-last turn before the last flat where I'm always too late and loose a bit of speed.”

“If everyone sees me as the favourite doesn't really matter to me. All the racers will give it all out to win that race and I simply will try to ski the best I can.”

Lara Gut is not the only racer who achieved a top 3 in all training runs. Liechtenstein's Tina Weirather did it as well and isn't so far behind. One has to count on her tomorrow!

Lara now best priced @ evens.

Evens, wow, proper value that. Shame we got so dreadfully Restricted, but I expect many regulars managed a decent bet, or I hope they did.

Good luck tonight.

I'm conscious of the fact that I haven't been posting here too much recently. I do read every post but I've been a bit pushed for time with various other things. There are a couple of things that I've been meaning to write about and hopefully one day I'll get some time.

In the meantime I can tell you I'm having a decent bet at Newbury today. I know it must have seemed a few months ago that I only ever bet winners, but in reality the ones I've posted here always ran much better than the ones I didn't. I do think though that I was very careful to only post the ones I was ridiculous confident about. Maybe I should have taken that further and only bet on those ones. My method is similar, I just try and bet loads more on them.

Anyway, right now I don't have much on. I'm sorry to make you wait and you'll probably get a slightly worse price than me, but I should think it'll still be 4/1+ once I'm done and I would happily take that if it wasn't bigger right now.

Just giving you some warning so you don't plan a daily nap or a trip to the shops.

Bugger!

I'm offline between Noon & 1pm, what price you stick it up then?

Was this tip given to you by anyone famous, yesterday?

Oh Bless

FML.

The whole idea, by the way, is that I tip a LOSER every week - should be easy enough - so I get a bit of mocking. All UKPC noise is good noise.

It'll be a weekly running gag, "another loser by the silly old sod" sorta thing.

Then, on the very last week I'm going to give a proper tip, a sure fire winner. I'm working on that. That's where you come in, see?

There was a touchdown in the last two minutes of the Baltimore Pittsburgh game last night which triggered the Paddy Power refund.
Don't think Fred got on but hopefully others did.
