I know that thread can't get on with Spoils, but Furyk is 14/1 with them, you get money back for 2nd and 3rd, which makes it equivalent to the 16/1 on Betfair.

In addition they pay 5 places still, so you get 7/2 five places when betfair is just over 2/1.  People who can get on really should (max is £100 for the refund)

To give you some idea how good that is the 14/1 and 4 places elsewhere must still be a decent enough bet.

Can we press Furyk another £10 each way at 14/1 with Hills/sporting/PP/b365?  Sure this is good.  Betfair is actually 16/16.5 which is the same as 15/1.   Even with 4 places it 7/2 4 places must be good if 5 places is just over 2/1)

There are plenty of other good each way maths bets around (Ryan Palmer (40/1) and Adam Scott (35/1) with Boyles.   I have also just done Eduardo Molinari with the Tote at 66/1 (also paying 5).  Got to entertain the kids so will update if I get time

Edit.  Boyles offer is likely to be finished now, so if not on already do not bet

Probably not then.

Small point of order:

The Royals won their sixth in a row beating the SF Giants 4-0, their sixth series in a row and closed to within 1.5 games of the Tigers (who lost to the Yankees 3-0) at the top of the AL Central
.

The Yankees lost to the Indians 3-0 (which is good for our bet) and the Tigers lost to the Blue Jays 3-2.

Imagine being a comedy writer, desperately trying to think of the most boring, satire-rich, cardigan draped name for a character.

He hit a three run homer yesterday:

I was the first person to view this on YouTube today. Never had that happen before, where I was view number one. OK, I'm starting to sound like the fictional Derek Norris now....

Still, the chap does seem to have a sense of humour. Who doesn't love a twenty year old joke?

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/championship/top-goalscorer

Looks very competitive as ever i am looking for something ala Aj Leitch Smith left field, think i have found one.

SUGGEST MAX BET364 will lay each way at 150/1 IGOR VETOKELE

Positives :

1 in 3 man so far in Denmark and Belgium, this is tougher but only 22 years old.

4 goals in 7 starts for Belgium under 21's

3 goals in pre season

played two full seasons under current manager Bob Peters elsewere so he must be a fav of the manager.

Looks likely to at least get a starting berth for the first month of the season.

George Tucadean the Romanian deep lying striker has been brought in as well, he is a second striker and provides more than scores.

Negatives :

Not sure Charlton will do that well

Front few look solid enough in market (providing they are not sold)

Obviously more than a few ifs and buts but 150/1 accounts for that

Good start!

Lovely spot!

Just another 20 or so needed for place money Smiley

bit annoying as backed him 2+ yesterday at a silly price and he could/should have had more, by various accounts he was a handful though

http://www.oddschecker.com/tv/big-brother

This is very interesting mArket. The favourite Winston was evicted this week showing that anything can happen and was probably the most unexpected outcome in any big brother so far.

Helen top female and Helen to win are good prices I think. She is absolutely hated but this is vote to win and she is super polarised as a lot of people actually like her. On too of this every ex housemate is basically whoring her super hard on social media and her campaign to win is higher than the rest of the housemates combined.

Ashleigh the favourite and top female is popular by only 4 weeks ago was hated by the public and favourite to be next to go.

She is very stroppy like a teenage girl and can piss a lot of people off and if Helen handles her correctly over the next few days could be very close.

Furthermore Ashleigh is so popular because she's from Ireland and gets all the Northern Irish votes but this Is shared with Christopher who has been super quiet for the first 7 weeks but now is completely in his own. He has been saved 4 or 5 times from eviction and this means he may get a lot of the Irish vote

Creepy Chris has zero chance of winning.

Ash is basically Helens boyfriend in there and e has admitted he has no chance to win so his support will be backing him too whilst creepy Chris won't have a bi following to piggyback on Ashleigh's votes.

Don't get me wrong I don't think it's odds on or anything but 40/1 seems really big to me.

Not watched it for weeks tbh, horrendous bunch and feels like the beginning of the end for BB.

No idea who's going to win, but it would definitely be a nail in the BB coffin if Helen won. She's way behind in the polls either way.

Big Brother 2014: Who wins?

Ashleigh Coyle (46%, 2,950 Votes)
Christopher Hall (23%, 1,497 Votes)
Chris R Wright (14%, 908 Votes)
Helen Wood (7%, 466 Votes)
Ash Harrison (6%, 384 Votes)
Pavandeep Paul (4%, 221 Votes)

Total Voters: 6,426

If you're a believer in things like the Irish vote being split, and that Ashleigh deserves to be 2/5 favourite ftw, I guess taking on Christofairrrrrrrrr in the top man market might be a way to go?

Given that they are all so weak and on-the-night voters will go for Ash coz he's fit, there'd be worse 16/1 shots around.

Funny game golf.  Looked last night just before I went to bed and was thinking could easily get a win and a couple of places.  Now am hoping to scrape a place.  Wasn't that long ago when we wondering if Rory at 20/1 was value and worrying whether he could play a day 2.  What price Rory in the next one?

If we get a Rory/Fowler 1-2 that can't have been done too often in consecutive majors (though can imagine that it may have been easier when Tikay was a lad and Old Tom Morris and Young Tom Morris were the onły 2 players).

It wasn't that long ago that many people were saying that Snedeker was "the best player on the planet" which he probably was for a while.

Whilst we are discussing football fixtures in advance.  The Scottish season gets underway on 9th August, the most anticipated game has to be Rangers v Hearts in the Championship.  Even as a Celtic fan I am looking forward more to seeing the Championship with Rangers, Hearts, Hibs all in there along with Falkirk and Queen of the South it promises to be competitive.

As many on here know for large periods last season I was very anti Hearts whenever I could bet against them I did.  It was for large spells like getting free money.  However, since the takeover they have gone quietly about their business they have a new first team coach and the experienced Craig Levein is in as Director of Football (love him or hate him he knows what he's doing at this level) player wise although they have lost some experience they have got rid of, imo a few players who were overpaid, overrated and quite frankly liabilities.  They have brought in a few players who have operated at a higher level and who done well in the SPL for Levein at Dundee United.  Namely Prince Bauben and Morgaro Gomis.  They have also brought n former Rangers and Scotland GK Neil Alexander.

They have brought in Soufian El Hassnoui who previously played in Holland, and although not prolific over there I am sure he will prove to be a decent signing.  He reminds me of Mark de Vries who done well for Levein at Hearts.

With their finances in order and the players having security I feel many of the yougsters from last season who played well in spells will be much more grounded and be ready for the challenge.  Fom what I have heard also Robbie Neilsen is apparently a very good coach.

I don't see Hearts out of the top 2, indeed I think they will win the division.  Although Rangers had previously cantered the divisions lower than this they hadn;t been convincing in doing do, they literally bought their way to where they are now which is what them got them into the mess they were in previously which led to liquidation.  They have a poor manager and an ageing squad that is overpaid.

I think 7/2 is value for Hearts.  I'd have made them slightly shorter to win outright.  But I like the 7/2 @ 1/3 of the odds e/w with Billy Mountains.   I'm very sweet on this and have invested quite a bit myself.  For Fred I think £100 e/w Hearts is a good season long sweat.

I'd also consider trying to recoup some of our funds as early as the first game of the season by backing Hearts @ 3/1 to get off to a win at Ibrox.

Good start for this bet and next week is super important even at this early stage I feel.  Hibs played Rangers at Ibrox on Wednesday night in the Petrofac Cup and by all accounts were the best team until they had a man sent off in what can only be considered as a dodgy decision.

A win next week means Hearts have on paper there two toughest games out the way.  If recent history has anything to go by then it should be another win.

I meant to flag this post up last night to get Fred on Hearts today as there was plenty of 4/1 about and even some 9/2 on betfair before the match.  I am now free rolling the season long bet.  Which I am really happy with.

They let me put a carpet on Real Madrid for champions league, so you should be able to get a few quid on.

I personally liked the e/w aspect of it most with an outside chance of scooping both parts.  I think Winner are win only though are they not?
