I don't really "get" that Market, Andy Carroll is 6.6 to be first England scorer, & does not even start, whilst Welbeck, who does start, is 7.4.

In the first (any team) scorer, Carroll is 14, Welbeck 10.5.

Lets be daft & have £20.

I don't think that is strictly true.
If Carroll has come on and then gone off (injured/replaced/sent off) then the bet would stand.
Unlikely I would think but I have a reputation as a pedant to uphold.
