I think it just reflects the transient nature of football

A few clubs insist on their players living within a 30-50 mile radius but thats relatively uncommon nowadays.

Famously for example Michael Owen never moved from North Wales when playing at Newcastle, and there are many others who travel long distances to train and play.

Daft you'd think but they know they can be moved on at any minute....

Tiger is currently 10/1 with hills to win the US Open which might be worth a small investment.

But Owen was doing the commute in a helicopter. I can picture your boys doing it in an XR2 Smiley

Ronaldos Portugal need to win today to realistically stay in the tournament after losing to Germany in the first match .They will never have a better chance to prevail agaisnt a Denmark side that were ultra lucky against the Dutch...I advise a max bet at 10-11 which seems a tremendous price

ronaldo appears to have fallen out with the coach, rui costa and figo are in running verbal battle with the coach. Even though denmark were lucky against the dutch they are a rare thing in this tournament they have a pretty much settled x1 that all play in there club positions for there country have played together for a long time and seem to have a decent cohesion.

personally i have laid portugal but its just my opinion

Urgh @ MKDons, think they have zero chance this season myself.

Gonna be a lot of movement late this month imo and can't see Gleeson staying there tbh. Also agree with Tighty that Robinson will be off sooner rather than later.

Cov were very ul to go down last season. Will take them over MKDons in a match bet all day long.

Another voice saying no to MK Dons. Would back them to go up but they've never looked like a title-winning side.

Gleeson has already signed a 2 year extension.

I am acquainted with several people at Leicester City football club

One of whom, during a conversation I had a week or so ago, said to me

"David Moyes is going to be the next Spurs manager"

How does he know this?

Moyes told a Leicester City player, who is his next door neighbour in Preston, on Millionaires row. Moyes house for sale

I sort of ignored this as something that could happen some time away...but then the Redknapp rumours started

As soon as Redknapp goes, if he does go, check the new manager markets people.

Furry muff, still not for me though.
