My Opinion is NOT to back Blackpool

Yes Pearson is under pressure, but he's having to deal with a dressing room full of fuckwit egos that he inherited that he is gradually getting rid of, more today, and that (briefings to tame journos by players etc) is creating the pressure

We are also having to move quickly to conform to FPP, which means getting rid of the high wage earners now, and those players are funnily enough causing dressing room unrest/off the field chatter

We always perform strongly and turn it on in TV games, its the humdrum Tuesday nights at Bristol City our  boys can't be arsed with

All three performances this season have been good and we'll certainly put a shift in tomorrow. For the last 2 years, that has not always been the case

Ince and Phillips are two of the best players in the division, certainly, and I think 5/2 looks nice ordinarily

However I have thought all week that we will turn it on for Sky tomorrow

I am after a wee bit of help Mr Tikay and you are just the man to do so. I am hoping to be able to put pictures into my posts and am investigating how to do it. So far I have got a hosting site, Photobucket, got pictures into my gallery, and am now at the point of including them in a post by copying the URL into it. If I go to preview the post I do not see an image just the http.....etc.jpeg. Will the picture actually appear when I post or do I have to download using additional options attachment jobby. I feel I am close to achieving it and then a whole new world will open up.

Thanking you in advance, or indeed anyone else who gets in ahead of you.

hector,

Not one, but TWO people got in ahead of me! One is a QPR fan though, so you can safely ignore.

I really do think photos bring Posts to life, they make such a difference, they sort of "grab" the reader. In my case, perhaps, make up for the written part.....

Hope you get the photos sorted, if not, I'll try & assist further, we can do it via PM if you wish.

Thoughts on Oscar Pistorius to win 100, 200 & 400m in the paralympic, Ladbrokes 4/1.

He is the World record holder in all three events and he won all three in the 2008 Paralympics.

He has said he doesn't fancy his chances for the 100m as he's concentrated on the 400m for the Olympics, he could just be playing down his chances though.

I'm on for £20, obv just love the sweat though.

Happy to bow to Tighty's closer Leicester knowledge and kick Blackpool from the portfolio.

Just seen that my team Watford have been busy again with another influx of new signings.  To add to the team that beat Birmingham pretty comfortably they have also added:

Casetti (fullback ex Italian international from Roma)
Geijo (has a great scoring record in the Spanish second division)
Bia (Belgian international winger)
Franchone (French full back)
Battochio (Argentine holding midfielder)

The first team squad now stands at an incredible 39, which renders them almost immune to injury crisis as the hard season progresses.  Not sure the bookies rate them yet (season long spreads still can be bought at around 63 I think which is lower mid table).  I think there will be opportunities over the next month to get with them either on a season bet or in individual matches.   They will need a few games to bed in but the early signs are promising and the squad depth is immense.

TY all. I think that the info about highlighting and clicking the image button may be the clincher. I had never even noticed that button before. In my pretend post I got to see my photo so I think I may be hot to trot. Just need to come up with a post now.

Been mulling a bet on Blackpool myself and despite what tighty actually says most of the above in particular the bolded bit has swung me to a bet I think.  Nothing like betting on a team with great morale against a team that could implode when behind.

I am interested by the first goalscorer bet put up by Class but from a slightly different angle. If Cresswell plays up front then its obv value and should be backed but if Southend are having to play a centre half up front should we not be looking to bet Wycombe too?

Hello I am probably worse than you hector. I use IPhone and it takes seconds.

1.Take picture or save one from net.
2. Upload media in photobucket.
3. Go into albums (sometimes refresh this to get latest photo to appear)
4. Hit the "i" key
5. Copy the img URL ? (this auto puts it in between [img]xxxxxx[img] for you)
6. Paste in post and when you post it appears as if by magic

I don't see any value in the Ipswich game.  Ipswich have the same points as huddersfield, face tougher opponents and are shorter for the league.  They tend to be a bit unpredictable, but the price looks right.

I would far rather back an in form Blackpool at a similar price.

Do we have an edge in the championship?

I will also go on to say that Wycombe are one of our bogey teams - but I'm not confident enough to tip any kind of bet with this information.....use this at your own risk!

(Now watch Southend spank them 5-0, Cresswell scoring of course!!)
