Fantastic. I had to watch it a few times before I realised exactly what he did there.

"The Referee was one Mr Clattenburg. Does he have a history of that sort of thing?"
I was at Vicarage Road the day a Reading chap headed the ball WIDE and and went out for a goal kick before another reading striker hooked it back into play.
And Clattenburgh awarded................a goal.
For anyone who hasn't seen it:

This wasn't Clattenburg Dung. Just catching up on thread so apologies if someone already picked you up on it. Was Atwell.

Clattenburg was resposible for this though:

You can't blame anyone for that one. Ref and lino were on the half way line!

First posts I read in the morning.
Thanks for the grim reminder of days gone by when we couldn't win at Old Trafford.

Daily Report as @ 0800, Wednesday October 3rd
We made a profit of £44 yesterday.
6 bets were placed, all small, on the Football, in a departure from our more usual one or two bigger bets, & on this occasion it worked out fine.
Three losses, each of £20, were offset by Hull-Blackpool overs (Tighty, £50 @ 4/5), Tranmere (Tighty, £28 @ 7/4), & Fleetwood (Dung, £20 @ 7/4).
In fact Tighty was minutes away from a three-timer (4/5, 7/4, 14/5), which would have caused much hooting hollering & hoohah, hector was going to bake a cake and everything, but it was cruelly denied in the closing minutes.
One other aged bet completed, being the T20WC Kohli bet, which resulted in a £20 loss. Disappointing, but at 16/1, I think it was a good value spot.
Our T20WC sixes bet is right in the mix though, & we have a few other sweats still alive.
Good day for the thread, too, with discussions ranging from Sumo wrestlers, the Arc de Triomphe, Swamp Fever, the King of Malayasia, angle-shooting the Japanese, & crucially, various means of keeping accounts open, which somehow ended with Dubai’s Mum getting the lot at poker, Ladbrokes in Curzon Street, & the uncanny ability of Chompy (pictured below, in his Sunday best) to talk himself out of a losing hole.

Good Morning,
I think we should be on the unders (44) @ 10/11 (with nearly everyone) in the Philadelphia @ Piitsburgh game (it´s the early Sky game on Sunday). Philadelphia have an exceptional defence and after sunday night it appears Andy Reid might finally focus a bit more on the run. Pittsburgh who have been allowing 25 points per game look very likely to have James Harrison, Troy Polamalu and Mendenhall back. All of these players will help to keep the points down, two elite defensive players and Pittsburgh´s only real hope of getting the running game going, something they´ll need to do to beat Philly. I think both teams will struggle to get much going offensively.
Recommend £30 on under 44 points @ 10/11, almost everyone has it at that number.

And Good Morning to you, Kuku. Have you noticed that almost NOBODY ever says "Good Morning" or "Hi" on a forum? I love a bit of civility.
That bet looks a nice way to start our Sunday NFL portfolio going, a nice little low-variance sweat at low cost, thank you. Televised too, the 6pm game, so we can have some fun watching it & counting the points.
We have £33 @ 10/11 with Blue Square, UNDER 44 points, Philadelphia @ Pittsburg, Sunday.

Tighty - did I read in the paper this morning that Leicester are thinking of sacking Pearson!??? Madness surely. They have just won 4 in a row and playing really well now.
Tell me it isn't true?

Bet365 offered to lay me £0.50. (50p....), so I left it.
However, better news awaited - Stan James still go 25/1.
So I tried them, & they were prepared to lay me £0.40 (40p). Probably restrict my account, too if it came in.....
So I just decided to leave it.
Fine spot though Rich. What's that all about?
