I spoke last night to a footballer who said that the back four for Dundee today is basically made up of teenagers and in his words "they expect to get spanked" away at Aberdeen.

Was chatting with Dubai about the best way of playing and his advice was to either

Back the home side to score 3+ goals
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/scottish/scottish-premier/aberdeen-v-dundee/home-team-to-score-3plus-goals

For the greedy 4+
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/scottish/scottish-premier/aberdeen-v-dundee/home-team-to-score-4plus-goals

Or on the off chance that Dundee score 4 goals the unquoted on BF
http://sports.betfair.com/football/market?id=1.107136980

Personally I think 3+ goals is best and maybe for the thread would advise a £25 with Corals on "home side to score 3+" @ 2/1, hope the info is correct but he told me that he had been dropped and I have no reason to doubt this.

GL if you play

Morning Rich, thanks.

Did the info come from one of the players who was dropped?

Or perhaps a small stakes buy of "Aberdeen goal minutes" at a shade over 100.  A couple of second half goals does the trick, and then you have the big upside if the young defence tires in the second half.

Anybody knows who plays right wing/right attack for Blackburn?

The reason I ask is Watford had the Poodle sent off at cardiff and loaned out the other left back options in Dickinson and Forsyth.  Zola has Franchone as an option but doesn't seem to fancy him so I imagine we may have a make shift left back today.  Neuton is also out, so might end up being Doyley and he has no left foot.  Maybe some kind of angle on this.

Zola on Franchone:

"Fanchone hasn’t played very much but he has been training well and has done is ok. He is a natural left full-back but we also have players who can adapt to play in that position so I will make some considerations"

A note of caution on the Dundee bet.

It's widely known Dundee are the weakest team in the SPL with the poorest defence, they were basically preparing for the 1st Div until Rangers died and took their spot at the last minute so I would imagine this is already in the price.

Aberdeen are hardly prolific and are notorious dodge pots.

Northampton are also injury ravaged for today's games at home to Port Vale.  Port Vale look short enough but don't think anyone should be tempted by the generous Cobblers price (on first insepction).

I have Torquay/Morcambe overs at 4/6, odds against unders

Have been a bit unlucky recently, thread has been backing an over/under loser or two and not getting on over/under winners (Leicester/Brighton, Sheff U/Walsall) but in theory they are a nice bankroll padder.

Yeah - think the Torquay game could be quite open.  Wouldn't be surprised with a Torquay win but not "to nil"

Blackburn right hand side

Bradley "Brain of Britain" Orr at right back

Grant Hanley right midfield

Cheers Tighty - Hmm - wasn't the inventive players I had in mind.  Where does Kazim Richards play - on the left?

Tighty - starting to feel like Leicester might make a real break in this division soon.  They are playing well even in the games they aren't winning (and that goes back to the start of the year).
