Flemenstar didn't last home once he'd jumped the last
Not a clue what the race means for Cheltenham, everyone finished in an heap
Flemenstar has shortened up for RyanAir (2m 5F) and drifted in the GC (3m 2F) which is fairly understandable. Tremendous cruising speed, had a quality field rowing for home there, just a couple of furlongs too far.
This. Written off Flemenstar Gold Cup bet, pressed Long Run.

In the Little & Large T20, There were FOURTEEN sixes (7 to each side) so Tighty has had a good day.

That Bradford bet looks very interesting
It is only so-so away form that means they are 3 points off an automatic promotion spot and they should have the budget to improve in January where Gillingham and Port Vale in the top three cannot
I'm assuming its 12-1 1/4 the odds top three?
Of course the top of League 2 is tough, but you are being given a price to speculate

Yea 12/1. With 1/4 top 3
The last 5/6 season bradford have had a team full of loan players that really did not give a shit, where this season they are all our players
Reid is full fit again now, he has been out since OCT came on and set up the winner on boxing day, I think we will buy a target man to give Hanson a little bit of competition
The way we are playing at the moment I would like to see us in the top two after the next 5 games
Target is 10 points

12s beats Betfair, which must be good.
Disclosure: on from start of season, but am a Bradford fan, so this shouldn't be a ringing endorsement.

I didn't realise in real time how well SDC ran there too Horse P. Given he looks likely to be better over further that looked a nice run. The one nagging doubt would be apart from the Jewson it has run in some very soft/small field chases. Do you think there could be a worry that when push comes to shove in better quality races he might just lack a bit in the jumping dept?

bit unfair on tidal bay
since he has been with a trainer he has been pretty consistent and considering he was trained by howard johnson for most of his career it is no surprise he was quirky
it is hard to forget how quirky he was and he certainly still has an awkward late challenge but conditions look ideal to me today
ground distance and a probable good pace to chase down
ground is a worry for sdc and trip a ? for flemenstar
Pretty much a complete plus one.
Whoever wins today you will find reasons to look back and say the price looked big but tbh the prices as they are look pretty much as they should. I would be tempted by one of those double bets on SDC to win today and Gold Cup if I could get over 12-1.
For today I would probably back TB ew as you can see him storming up that long run in
Morning Adz,
I assume you meant "TD ew"?
As there seems a fair degree of interest in this race (Lexus Chase), here is the market.

Morning TK
TB =Tidal Bay.
As
Chairman of the Tidal Bay Fan Club
I tend to view his chances through wonderful Dame Edna Rose tinted Specs, so dont place too much faith in my selection.
This is one Grade 1 Chase I think is worth a watching brief, as it will tie the English and Irish form together.
FWIW, and I will probably lose all credibility, I think the King George was a very poor renewal, and Long Run did well despite his jockeys efforts. He will remain a safe choice for the GC, but I suspect there will be a couple to beat him again.
SDC has impressive Cheltenham credentials and is in the right hands. If you can ignore TBs age, his profile now is of an improving animal, but Bobs Worth looks bomb proof.
As a real skinner, I have long been a fan of a Scottish horse, Bold Sir Brian, and hold a fancy ticket with 700-1 on it. He needs to produce a performance in the Argento at Cheltenham in New Year to be entered this year, but he is defo a horse for the future.
There sits one happy chappie.......

Not so happy Ruby looks like trying to steer Nicholls to running him in Stayers tho. Got a nice portfolio building on GC.
You do the riding Ruby and let PN make the decisions young man!!

Is that because he has other rides available in the GC, or it might cause him some embarrassment if he were asked to make a choice between TD and another? Or simply because he genuinely thinks it would be better in the Stayers?

hi bobby
yes that is still a worry for me has lots of guts endless stamina will like the ground (probably)
there was a quite a bit of 8-1 after the race but looks like mostly 6-1 now i cant really see it starting a lot shorter than that from here on in?
