Ahh, thanks Tighty. That was my error, but please blame Mere.

Ahead of the CL draw..what price would you make Bayern Munich to win the CL, and out of the 4 remaining teams where would you have them in the betting, 1,2,3 or 4?
no cheating..

A reminder of our Masters book so far.
Outright
Snedeker, £25 WIN @ 25/1 (2 under)
Tiger Woods, £30 EW @ 6/1 (2 under)
Rory McIllroy, £25 EW @ 12/1 (Evens)
Phil Mickelson, £25 EW @ 16/1 (1 under)
Justin Rose, £50 EW @ 22/1 (2 under)
First Round Leader
Lee Westwood, £15 EW @ 33/1 - LOST
Justin Rose, £15 EW @ 18/1 - LOST
Charl Schwartzel, £15 EW @ 28/1 - LOST
Top Amateur
Weaver, £60 @ 4.6 (6 over, in bad shape)
Top Debutant
Coetzee £15 EW @ 7/1 (3 over)
Henley £15 EW @ 7/1 (Par)
Lynn £10 EW @ 12/1 (4 under)
Invested so far - £515 approx.
Updated to reflect losses so far - our three "1st round Leaders" all lost, so £90 lost so far.
Our five "Outrights" are all there, or thereabouts, we are in pretty good shape with those 5 so far.
Our Top Amateur bet is in bad shape.
Our "Top Debutant" selections are a mxed bag, with Lynn the outstanding one.
Not so bad really, & we have plenty of sweats going into Day Two.
I think you put some loose change on my golfists with Paddy Power. Furyk and Scott are doing well, Stricker not so much. He was 5 over and I had mentally written it off, but he came back to 1 over so you never know.
Well, yes & no - I'll Bump a Post from last night which addresses that.

Aftertiming Alert
Some bets for The Masters were put up after I logged off last night, & I'd earlier said I would not be able to action them.
In fact, I DID get the Doobsy stuff on late this morning (from the Car Park of Watford Gap Services....) , but only for very small money indeed, I got heavily restricted by Paddy Power. For the three EW Bets, (22/1, 70/1 & 70/1) my total staked was, incredibly, only £8.
I was also kindly worded by Mr Channing that Ladbrokes were going 16/1 Mickelson until Noon, & I got some of that, too, £20 EW @ 16/1.
I did NOT place the proposed bet by Sharky, as there had been much poo-pooing of it, but welcome aboard Sharky, please hang around, & I'm pretty sure we will soon be making love. We seem to have gained a lot of new, insighful, regulars, the more the better imo, so thank you.
As to those Bets I placed this morning, I'm not sure it would be compliant for Fred to confirm they are on AFTER the Event has started, so unless it is agreed otherwise, I'll keep them for myself.
I'll re-affirm our Masters Book a bit later, so we can better keep track of all the money we will win.
Bumped for Doobsy.
The Post was made at about 6pm last night.
Stewards Inquiry Incoming.
I have the BetSlips of course, currently "off-thread", but the bets were placed around 11am yesterday morning, & I could not get on blonde to state that at the time. It makes no difference to me either way, financially.

Personally I would make them favourites at 6/4 but I guess the bookies will have them 3rd behind the Spanish teams at about 3-1.
BTW nice snooker tip TYVM>

should be on thread. you placed them from Doobs' tip pre-event, and confirmed as soon as you could
(might as well throw some more wood on the April bonfire....)

The market looks priced fine to me, Dortmund arguably a touch underrated but can't see how Munich at 13/5 is some sort of rick. And they aren't really third in, they are basically the same price as Madrid, so joint 2nd favs, which once again looks fine, unless I'm missing something??

No not missing anything I was just asking for opinions
I thought 13-5 was high, and think they are probably the best team left.
Avoid Barca and 13-5 is a good price I think

If you genuinely believed your pricing on this. You should be betting 18% of your bank according to Kelly. If we half it thenyou should be recommending a bet of around £400-450 for Tony
Btw you were one of the people I was referring to when I said I follow blind on sports I'd love to be an expert in but know little such as RL

If you think they should be sub 2-1 then you should be recommending Tikay have half of Kelly so 5% or £250 or so
