Ballague had a massive edge a few years ago in that he was pretty much the only person covering la liga in depth

Feel he has slipped a lot, there are a lot of very good spanish journalists now (based in england)

Guillem Balague the Spanish football commentator who appears on Sky Sports La Liga, keeps saying that Bale is done in the next 48 hours, Ronaldo then goes to United, Rooney then goes to Chelsea and Benzema and Di Maria to Arsenal. Next week the first domino should fall in the transfer deadline, and we'll see if it pushes others down....

It's all noise & chatter at the mo, but just imagine if all that did happen.

The combined fees would be, I suppose, well north of £200 million.

I wonder how much the Agents & suchlike would get?

10%? 20%?

Eventually, this nonsense, whereby Agents actually prompt the deals (because it generates Agents fees) has to stop, all that money goes out of the game. The more I see the systems & "caps" in USA Sports, the more sense they seem to make. As it stands over here, Clubs which do NOT throw money around recklessly are penalised & ridiculed. How that can ever make an iota of sense or logic is beyond me. Bob Lord would turn in his grave.

The world has gone mad, but it will all end badly. It will.

I used to think Ballague was a brilliant insider journalist, but stuff like this is just balderdash. All of that just won't happen.

Most unlikely. It would cost Fred a pretty penny too, as our Rooney bet would lose, & Bale's line on Real Madrid goals would rise a goodly bit.....

It was a tremendous spot, irrespective if it wins or loses. Wish I could have that bet every day of my life.

The weather there is generally mixed, the track is fearsomely dangerous, & the stats suggest it will happen most years. 10/11 was daylight robbery.

Neil's spider could never have found that.

We can double team with Betfred and Hills mobile.  The ground is good to soft, hope that is right and it doesn't get worse.

Shea Shea in the 3.40 is one I have followed for a while to my cost, but today must be the day.  He is 4/1 with both, suggest £25 on with both.

Pavlosk in the 3.05 is 9/4 with Betfred, 2/1 Hills.  Just do the £25 on BetFred.

Simenon in the 2.30 is 2/1 Hills, 7/4 Betfred.  Suggest £25 Hills.

I have doubled up on them all, which might be good.

Hopefully our spider will have gotten us a nice treble at the end of the day.

Might be worth taking a bet in the 4.20 at York today Tony, right people seem to like Derbyshire here, my spidey sensei ( see what I did there) tells me it is a nice looking each way race so rec 20 each way at 4/1.

I really like Shea Shea but are we ok with the jockey?

Just to add, Ladbrokes are still doing there offer as well, Shea Shea is 4's with them if you want to treble up, but they are not the best prices on Pavlosk and Simenon.

You should copyright that.

Must be worth at least a seat in the BLACK BELT SUMARI SCHEME, sponsored by Lord Grumps himself.

I like Ryan Harris to be the most successful Australain bowler today at 11/4 BetVictor. Looked threatening last night

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/ashes/england-v-australia-%5B5th-test%5D/top-australia-bowler

Our Swann bet is a free bet but can return £132 if it holds on

We are about to lose £110 on Warner and Clarke

A part-cover part-fundamental bet on Harris £40 at 11/4 covers the losses and gives you the other side to Swann if over the next three days the Australians get to bowl twice, as they might if Enland follow on
