Ah apologies.  Didn't realise we placed.

Fine to stick with that.

Im pretty sure i posted about Crawley last season and the market rarely liking them much

Good back room setup, settled club a fairly settled squad with few if any stars.

Wolves probably win but what price should they be? About what they are maybe a touch bigger imo

Thread has £30 at 5/6 Colchester, Line 194 of the spreadsheet, placed earlier in the week

Ahh, thought we had, but I could not see it. You sussed that Football Ground yet?

Well if Wolves got to 1/2 then they'd be a lay on the basis of my rule that no lower league teams have the quality to have that much of an advantage over a divisional rival.

To throw another spanner in the works, Tom Segal has just put up Monthly Medal as his bet in the 1855 @ Newcastle...

Bet 365 offer:

1. Bet up to £50 on the United Chelsea game
2. Bet up to the same stake in-play
3. If that in-play bet loses, you will get your stake refunded.

Match odds are:

United 29/20
Draw 12/5
Chelsea 21/10

Bet fifty on the shortest price and then the same on the second shortest price in-play.

If united win, we get £72.50 + our stakes back
If it is a draw, we get one stake back, so lose £50
If Chelsea win, we get £155 (105 plus stake on chelsea)

Think I'm doing this the right way around.

Advise loudly otherwise, please.

Maybe feeling a little bruised and by the end of the day will now doubt have a whole carton of eggs on my face, but I notice we have 4 times as much on an unraced horse at an e/w price where we wont even get our money back if it doesn't win, we have also missed all the juicier prices......but not a word.

I appreciate it has come from an Elder, but still.......

I like Ryan Harris to be the most successful Australain bowler today at 11/4 BetVictor. Looked threatening last night

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/ashes/england-v-australia-%5B5th-test%5D/top-australia-bowler

Our Swann bet is a free bet but can return £132 if it holds on

We are about to lose £110 on Warner and Clarke

A part-cover part-fundamental bet on Harris £40 at 11/4 covers the losses and gives you the other side to Swann if over the next three days the Australians get to bowl twice, as they might if Enland follow on

Sorry Tighty, I somehow missed this completely, & it appears to be too late now - best price I can see is 11/10.

Sorry.

It was your suggestion to have £5 EW, if you had suggested more, I'd have bet more.

A little fiver ew at best early odds is probably worth a go

Celtic v Inverness

Celtic are not firing yet. Samaras and Stokes did not train today. They were away in Asia on Tuesday and got turned over in a very big game. They did have plenty possesion so not a greatly harsh 90 minute chase the ball game. The defence continues to look awful

Last season they struggled on some an occasion after a big euro game.

Inverness have played 3 won 3 scoring 6 and not conceding.

Celtic can be layed around 1.59 but unless my maths is off it's better to back Inverness @ 6/1 (13/2 skybet) and back the draw at 7/2 (15/4 skybet) which i think is better and beats betfair although exchanges haven't much turnover on this yet.

For every £10 total stake £6.09 on draw and £3.91 on Inverness returns £17.39 profit if Celtic fail to win.

CORRECTION.

BetVictor still go......11/8.

Even so, still too late I would assume?

Ugh. Was a great spot.
