I just checked and Walsall are best priced 14/1 promotion with Sky and 888, so thread can't really back them.  Given it was a small arb on Betfair, I couldn't resist.

Tough league with Posh running hot, Wolves and with Nikhi Nakhi scoring for fun for the mighty Bantams.

Please no!!  As a Walsall fan I can tell you the chances of us going up this year are between bugger all and fuck all.  Small chance of creeping into the play offs (not 1 in 3 which is what you'd need for that bet) but virtually zero chance of a top 2 finish

Eso cost me another tenner then?

£26.67 ?

No, but to avioid this turning into a "Sir Percevel" "no" "no" no" affair over 937 pages, I'll only reply to correct answers, or to give clues.

Obv, if Eso Walsall answers, I'll snap reply.

Wish he'd only cost me a tenner.

It is worse for me, I buy his poker action, too. Still, we had a cash in 1993.

No, neeko read the question properly.

It was not "how much have we bet?", it was......

guess how much they were prepared to allow me, in total, if I pressed "MAX BET"?

Mate in one?

You can get off the hook if you write something nice about Arsenal.

Perhaps something like "16 consecutive years in the Champion League, Wenger is a genius"?

I'll get back to you on that one...

First half of this article might break the journalistic record for most metaphors in a single piece.

Southampton

I assume the pitch for tonight is to the right, with the groundstaff working on it. Would make sense as the nets on the square are the other side

Just LOOK how far the boundaries are in! On all sides but particularly near bottom of the photo

The batting line ups have big hitters

England's could be Carberry/Hales/Lumb  followed by Wright, Morgan, Bopara and Buttler

Australia's will have Warner, Watson, Marsh etc

The total sixes market prices are a touch skinny, except for Paddy Power but that requires 10 sixes...Do-able but not a fantastically generous quote

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/england-v-australia/t20-series/england-v-australia-%5B1st-t20%5D/total-6s

The England sixes market at 4.5 should be too low, unless of course they bat second and chase a low score

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/england-v-australia/t20-series/england-v-australia-%5B1st-t20%5D/england-no-of-sixes

A total boundaries market of 35.5 is interesting too as if you add up the quotes from the 4's and 6's markets you get to 36.5-37.....

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/england-v-australia/t20-series/england-v-australia-%5B1st-t20%5D/total-boundaries

good weather, looks from a distance to be a straw coloured pitch, small boundaries, powerful batting sides

I would have thought a combination bet on England sixes over 4.5 (PP) and total boundaries over 35.5 (WH) (half a stake each, say £20 each) would give a decent sweat
