My bad Ripple, missed a zero of the rec amount. Obv 3/1 in a flip constitutes a Festive max.
Rec £300 @ 3/1 on non-blonde baby for the peroxide punter.
Brown barnet one time, oi oi!
When is this bet expected to mature?
Is She pregnant yet?

Bit behind on Fred and probably a bit late now but I did hear that Mount Belbulben had a terrible journey over having been rerouted via Scotland (on Monday I think). If it wasn't for that I'd have really liked it. Not a Cue Card fan (ground/trip/stable), think that Dynaste is way too short, would rather back Al Feof for the Gold Cup than the King George at current prices and
could be tempted by Long Run each-way tomorrow.
Happy Christmas to all Fred followers and thanks to those who contribute so much.
Jeez, any other views on Long Run, then?
We are already on Cue Card, Mt Ben, & Al Ferof, the last-named which we were assured would trot up, hard held.
Prices are here....

Personally I've never been Long Run's greatest fan as I don't like the shape it makes over it's fences and reckon it's a wonder that it hasn't fallen a few times but there's no doubting the horse's heart, last year's KG being a fine example. It hasn't appeared to be in particularly good form on what I've seen this year either.
I couldn't get within a barge-pole's distance of sticking any of my hard-earned on it so it'll most likely hack up now.

Lots of kids start blonde then go darker as they go older? We know Tindall's birth hair colour?

If you can get the £25 with hills mobile on Cue Card at 4/1 would be good
Hills current price for Cue Card is now 7/2. As you originally suggested we get on at 100/30, I've taken the 7/2, as with the Offer added, it cannot be a mile off. I hope.
Details of the 3 Mobile bets shortly.
I think I originally suggested waiting for the ground, but then given they put it at 4/1, then with the offer we effectively got near 5/1, so thought no point in waiting on the weather, near 5/1 Cue Card must be good. No matter sure with the concession and the best odds guarantee, the bet is good.
FWIW we can bet every horse, so long as we get value on each. Think this is where we went wrong on Strictly. Don't worry, Joe and I have got Splash covered.
It's MAX time.

The clerk of the course walked around Kempton yeterday and expects the going to be "no worse than soft" for today's racing.

I'd be amazed if that were true.
The news reports have emphasised that Surrey had the worst of the rain, & the River Mole, which originates 2 miles from Kempton, from the Thames, burst its banks in several places.
It rained heavily overnight again.

Don't worry. I have been doing a bit of research and can conclude that Prince George has brown hair... Or maybe Ginger. Or maybe dirty blonde. Have even looked at old Royal photos and have concluded that black and white photos aren't the easiest medium for judging hair colour.
Can somebody do a rain dance please? Just had the "ooooh it's a nice day, why don't we go out?"
Expect a stewards.

At the risk of asking a daft question, does anyone know the genetics behind hereditary hair colour?

Sorry for the late post but just wanted to wish every follower and poster of this thread Merry Christmas and all the best to you and your families.
Special thanks to all of those who contribute with their betting picks and also to TK and Tighty for keeping the thread clean and tidy.
Maybe the best thread I have ever seen in a poker forum.

backed brooklyn -3, ny +8.5, Lakers +9, Spurs -7 and Clippers -2.5....see no reason why we wouldn't get the free bet from PP too for placing 5bball bets but we'll wait n see, not got much time to spend looking or researching the bets too much. gl
I originally missed this Jeff.
When Snowy reminded me, it was too late, & 3 of the 5 games had already started, or even ended.
I then looked on the Website, & the Money Back Concession was NOT available at the time.
As it happens, I did back the last 2 games (one winner, one loser), but its a bit late for me to put them up for Fred after the event.
Overall, the bets would have broken close to evens I think, or maybe lost a bit, so not too much damage done.
Of the 5 games, as far as I can see....
2 won
1 lost but triggered the 10 second money back thing.
2 lost/lost.
For future bets, except in exceptionsal cases, I'll only be getting on if I know for sure we can get the MBS thing.
Incidentally, Clippers were +3, not -2.5, or at least they were when I got on. They actually lost by 2, so my bet won. Just.

Think we are up to date now, including Admin on the Bets thread.
I have similar problems to Doobs, the gardener is here & wants me to do some weeding, so I'll be only intermittently available.
Will be offline from 8am to late afternoon Friday, too.
