I'll lay 3-1 Newcastle to anyone on the thread. But you have to bet a really decent amount, has to be enough that it really hurts you when you lose. And obviously no arbing allowed so at moment they slightly Unders bf which is fine but if it moves then I can change price. Gl
£100 ok?

£100@3/1 or you can have £300@100/30 if you promise not to lay any back.

I have a possible bet which I am considering in the Villa v Swansea match.
I have found the selection Both teams to score: No at evens at Boylesports and considering that Villa have only scored in 2 out of the last 9 home matches and Swansea have only scored in 2 out of their 9 away matches make it a decent selection considering the odds.
Both Benteke and Michu are out.
I will have a tenner on it.
George!
By tradition, Fred Newbies auto get their Maiden bet adopted for £10 or £20.
But lets try & get you started properly.
Why do you think that is good value? What price SHOULD it be?
Those are the questions you have to ask yourself first.
Those prices, by the bye, derive from the Outright Match prices, but it is formulaic, so there can be errors, for the reasons you have noted. (Lack of goals by both, & missing strike partners).
It might be a very good bet, & we WILL get you on, but we need to properly understand WHY we are betting first.
How was Christmas at home in the Rodis household? Do you all smash plates on Xmas Day & that sort of thing?
I don't want to start with £20. Seems too big for me at the moment.
Basically I based my thoughts on the recent stats I mentioned above but also that the two big strikers are missing also.
Odds at evens means that in the long run 50% of the matches played will end with the specific selection. In my eyes this won't happen that's why I suggested the bet. I think the odds should be around the 1.80 area. Sorry about the decimal odds but we dont used fractions in Greece so I am not used to them and probably never understand them.
Christmas Day was nice. Spent the day with the family. It has been a quiet holiday period for us this year as my grandma passed away at the end of November so things are not looking good at the moment for the Rodis family. But hopefully we will get over it as these things happen in life.
I hope you had a good Christmas Day and you got some rest also.

I seem to remember laying someone double figures Newcastle away at arsenal and they won. Who was it? Anyone able to look it up? Think laid £100/£50 @12/14?

Well that's novel George, asking to keep the bet small, you must be in the hector school.
Anyway, we are on, & you become Fred's 141st "Unique" Tipster, which pleases greatly, the more the merrier.
Don't forget to let us know how the bet goes.
We have £10 @ Evens, Paddy Poker, BTTS, "NO", down to Mr George Los Rodis.
Christmas Day was restful & peaceful, thank you.

Start small in order to build some confidence and depending on the results see how it goes from there.
If the bet doesn't win, I will probably go back in my cave.

A better bet (IMO) than the Huddersfield one is Middlesbrough (vs Reading), playing Sunday.
Boro have played ok all season without results going for them, and their stats (possession/shots etc...) are well in the top half in the Championship.
Was with them (Top half/top 6) with Mowbray up top, and the new guy seems fine.
Reading are ok, but not all that. Have got more points than, perhaps, their performances merit.
Priced this up as Boro around evens, and 5/4 is available with Corals.
Don't think it will get to Evens by KO but would be surprised if 5/4, or maybe 6/5, is still there.
Suggest £40 at 5/4.
Thanks Mr G, we have to follow the man in form.
We have £40 @ 5/4, 'Boro over Reading.
