the preview is at http://www.betpal.com/monaco-grand-prix-f1-betting-preview

essentially it was on this theead a fortnight ago and we are on both at slightly better prices

not easy to oppose Mercedes too much, but prices are getting quite compelling to do so

Copied from cycling thread:

“The course is very hard and not too much for me,” Malori said. “I can ride a good time trial, but the 20 kilometres of climbing is too much and I can lose a lot.” His comment on facebook apparently translated as "I am literally destroyed"

But Alex Dowsett reckons he can still win. He'll be not far off if his legs are alright, but doubts on his strength in longer TT still remain imo & I doubt he'll sleep well tonight. Movistar still need him to protect Quintana on flat stages.

Bookies still have him as favourite. Pretty certain this is one of the most open ITT for a while. A >50% chance of rain on a technical parcours, & the chance the wind drops for the GC later starters.

I like the chances of Wilco Kelderman, currently 7th in GC. The young Belkin rider has a more than decent pedigree on longer TT. 4th in 2012 54km Critérium du Dauphiné TT. Reports from himself & the team after todays stage suggest he is in the best form of his life. 8/1 or better EW is good.

Uran has also been quietly saving energy, & has looked to peak for the Giro. An excellent 4th in last months Tour de Romandie TT shows he has the power. BillyHillbillies 14/1 EW looks attractive.

Anyone else watching England's Worst Ever Team on BBC3? Just turned it on.

Carson in goal. David Nugent up front (didn't he score in his only game, albeit from an inch out?). In midfield? Vinny Jones.

Er...

Basically, get on Vettell.

Talking of Tikay.

Bonus 46 seconds this week.

In other news.

Amongst the charges, attempted murder.

My favourite photo from the Greyhound Derby.

Holdem Spy giving the field 20 yards and almost getting there.

If you're going to Brazil don't forget your Neymar condoms?

Optional for your date.

Ever wondered where the Proclaimers were going?

Wonder no more.

Any ideas who this is?

Another excellent Gallery, Mr Rubbish.

Note that in that video, I teach people how to download an App.

It's a gift, you either understand these things, or you don't.

I watched it. Made me chuckle.

Carlton Palmer and the fash were  woeful. I had forgotten Keith Curle even existed. Downing was a good inclusion from the last time it was on.

You know you've made it in comedy when someone asks you to do one of those talking heads programmes.

"Yeah I remember pogs. They were great..."

He made the team! Alongside Matty Upson

Narrowly beating Sol Campbell.

I know. Hilarious.

Suarez to undergo a "minor procedure" on his knee. "Should be ready for the first game"
