Dont let me change your mind though

Is it just those players listed?

If you could work out the odds on each individual not to score in the World Cup i dont think you will be to far away from 33's

- In baseball the Royals won to get back to .500 for the season at 23-23. Unfortunately they are chasing the side with the current best record in baseball the Detroit Tigers in their division. Still the Tigers lost in the 13th inning yesterday so thats something

the preview is at http://www.betpal.com/monaco-grand-prix-f1-betting-preview

essentially it was on this theead a fortnight ago and we are on both at slightly better prices

not easy to oppose Mercedes too much, but prices are getting quite compelling to do so

I can put a link up if you wish.

I really ought to add two things you did not know.

1) I'm not very good at working the internet.

2) sonour sent me a PM last night (a PM to avoid embarrassing me in public) explaining how to cut & paste links whilst on my I-pad.

England tour NZ this summer in Rugby Union, matches as follows

7 June: 1st Test v New Zealand
14 June: 2nd Test v New Zealand
21 June: 3rd Test v New Zealand

I cannot find a single market for these games and there might be a big opportunity here depending how it is priced up

anyone else see anything anywhere? oddschecker showing nothing

Tighty,

What do you think of Jos Butler at 9/1 top Eng bat this afternoon?

looks like an uninterrupted game, for starters

the pitch is 40 overs old at the start, as it was used on Tuesday.

good batting strip, but on the dry side

1. England batting. we'll guess the line up as

cook
bell
root
morgan
buttler
bopara
bowlers

you'll need a few early wickets otherise cook will grind his way through about 30 overs, but i do like buttler 9-1 and bopara 12-1. Bopara 12-1 especially, in great form but you have to accept they are batting anywhere from 5-7 and if the top order fires you are out of the running

2 Sri Lanka bowlers

very interesting that SL did not play Ajantha Mendis on Tuesday

going into that game he was 5/2 second favourite to be top SL bowler behind Malinga

for this game....

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/england-v-sri-lanka/odi-series/england-v-sri-lanka-%5B1st-odi%5D/top-sri-lanka-bowler

you can get more than 4/1

now of course conditions might be variable but

- this is a serious mystery spinner, against whom England are typically clueless
- Has 124 ODI wickets in 68 games including 6 x 4w and 3 x 5w. when he takes wickets they come in clusters as new batsmen will certainly struggle to pick him
- as above, particularly if SL bowl second by the time he bowls the pitch will be 100 overs old. Should turn

I don't think he's a 4-1+ shot against England batsmen on a worn pitch

As ever, with batsmen/bowler bets you need a degree of luck, of course

FP1 Monaco

Hamilton
Rosberg
Ricciardo +0.23 s
Vettel 5th +0.7 s

The signs are that the Mercedes advantage around here is slimmer than at other tracks, as expected

Whether this translates into a real challenge in the race will massively depend on qualifying, whether the Mercedes front row lock-out can be disrupted. If it isn't, we'd be relying on a safety car/pit stop problem to get past

anyway the red bulls are into 10 and 12-1 and we are on at 16 and 20-1

No positive thoughts on a banzai?

Out of interest, is there any sort of "ganging up" when you have a team so dominant and so far ahead? No chance of a Torro Rosso getting a bit shirty when getting lapped?

I stated at the start of the season that Mercedes will win every race this season, and I stick by that. This race and Singapore are my only concerns just in case both Hamilton and Rosberg have incidents that make them not finish the race. In terms of speed though, they should win every race without doubt - they have the quickest car by an absolute mile, more so than people realise. I would say it is the biggest gap in Formula One history. In the five races we have had so far, Mercedes have yet to turn their engine up to full revs, or even use 8th gear - purely because they haven't needed to!

For those who don't know me (so pretty much everyone bar Tikay), I'm new to this forum but am a regular on the Sky Poker community. F1 is my specialist subject and I currently have a season-long F1 betting thread in the Betting Chat section of the Sky Poker forums. I work for Williams Hybrid Power too (a subsidiary of Williams F1)  Smiley
