Nick Goff (corals head of football) admitted on twitter that it is a shambles and the industry is mainly to blame for it. Nice to see someone actually speak the truth. Claire is embarrassing on twitter. 2000 PTL bets a week across nearly 2000 shops. I would imagine there must be 2000 in london alone. 1 bet rung through per week per shop. Just shows how clueless Claire and his other PR men actually are as to what happens at the coalface.

Rob Wright is head and shoulders above the other newspaper tipsters (it's not even close) and I can't believe he's able to get on.
Maybe Clare genuinely believes what he's saying. I've dealt with him directly a few times, backing myself to win the R.Post's naps table, and he was fine. Usually let me have a hundo or two at 25-1 or 33-1.
He's been there long enough to know the truth though you'd hope. My first job was at Coral head office in the late 80 s and they're nothing like they were back then. Absolutely the worst of the lot now, discounting those Irish clowns that we don't mention obv.
Also, gtfo Fulham, gogo Deeney!

I have been in coral shops i have never been in before and got monster lumps on stuff that were arbs on betfair at the time in the last year several times albeit major events (EPL outright market and open golf outrights). They clearly wanted to lay them and did. The golfer i asked for £500 at 50/1 and got it. Was gobsmacked! They always pause on phone and say 'never seen him before' under their breathe so you know they are getting asking who it is. Once you get marked up at coral though in any way you are snookered.

Anyone read that double-pager in the R.Post today about bookmakers and how they will/won't lay bets?
Absolute comedy some of the quotes.
One of the Irish green rofflers sayed something like "if we want to lay £100k on a horse, we'd rather have 100 regular punters having £1k each than randoms".
Simon Éclair of Coral sayed "Over 99% of our customers are able to get a decent bet on."
Prob misquotes but that was the gist.
Didn't read it myself but Neil responded on Twitter and challenged him to go round the shops with someone and see if they can get on (that's the guy from Coral), also an ex manager from Coral joined in and said most PTL bets were declined and The Coral guy called him a liar!!!
Just been to my local balds to read it. Whilst i was there i asked for £1400 Hartlepool at 4/7 10 minutes before kick off (they have chosen to push out Hartlepool from 4/9 to 4/7 on their coupons) when bf was 1.6 and got offered £70!!!! Comical. Must be an arber!
Even more comical having just started to watch the match bald is Hartlepool's shirt sponsor!!
write them a christmas card mate
