In the 1990s, Las Vegas consultant and actuary Michael Shackleford ran a computer trial of the first blackjack and roulette games offered by the company. Shackleford stated that the "results clearly showed they (the games) weren't fair". Ruth Parasol's spokesman Jon Mendelsohn acknowledged that the chances had "tipped too much toward the house", but attributed the problems to "software flaws", not rigging. It led to the development of their own proprietary software rather than using external platforms.[16]

Think the 14/1 Bilic next manager to go in EPL at bwin is max bet material if you can get it.
I personally (the OP in link is a friend of mine) know that bwin.party have in the past waited to see if a selection is going to win before voiding (ie if someone else is going to go first they will let it stand).
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58890
I would never ever bet with them no matter what they offered.
If memory serves me right we actually done the same bet - Watney in golf with BWin and it was a palp and they cancelled it once the tournament had started, niot a nice thing to have happen but better than him losing and them freerolling you. Other than not I've not had an issue with them and it's pretty much like what Arbboy has said.
Agree, far better to cancel it than freeroll you.

Isn't here an argument that last night makes it less likely Bilic gets tinned? As long as they aren't in danger they'll keep him and not being in Europa helps that.

That was my initial thought as we dung.
As I said before think the signings are very risky and likely not so great.
Having said all that 14 looks fair now and if arsenal are 3 up at half time at the Weekend I'm sure some panicking types will oblige you if you like at
or so on the machine.

Agreed.
I'm pretty sure the decision to field such a weak team last night when in what was clearly a tie they could have won if they had tried would have been approved by Messrs Sullivan & Gold.
With the Stadium move getting ever nearer, retaining their EPL status - and the financial rewards for that - is all that matters to them, I'd suggest.
I'd be against them in any other side event, too - League Cup, FA Cup etc. It's all about staying in the EPL for them.
That's my read, anyway.

BMW Championship
Nick Watney with bwin is 13.5 (25/2) top ten finish and 6.3 top twenty finish, bwin seem to be the only ones with the top 20 market, but what is interesting is that nearly all the others have him priced top ten as 6 to 8/1.
On the face of it the 6 to 8/1 looks too short based on his results, so bwin might have the price right, however just before the Barclays he got a new coach, in that tournament he finish 9th with some consistent scoring, in the next he finished 35th with 1 bad round of 72 but was within 3 shots of top 20.
By his own admission it has been his putting letting him down and is obviously working on this. He also has a history of finishing the season strong. (He won the Barclays last year and the another afterwards but had a weak start to the season)
I would recommend £10 top 10 bwin @ 13.5 £20 top 20 bwin @ 6.3 and £2.50 e/w @ 110/1 1st 5 with b365.
Others on here will have more experience than me on Golf and I may be well off the mark with whether the value is with bwin or the others have it wrong. Either way I've put it out there and it's up to the elders to decide, either way I'm on myself so good luck.
You can beat the prices on the e/w with Betfair 159/1 the win, 22/1 the place (has been laid at 25/1). The top 10 might be some slight value looking at the top 5 prices. He looks more likely to be 10th than 1st, but can't help much further. The other bookies definitely look short.
Yeah good point about the win on betfair, I've edited the place top 5 on bwin 46.5 so beats betfair, agreed more likely to come 10 - 20 than 1 - 10 but possible worth a couple of quid considering the price for top 5 on bwin?
Can you clarify what the actual suggestion is, please, I'm a little confused.
BWin go.....
Top 20 @ 7.3
Top 10 @ 13.5
Top 5 @ 46.5
Betfair WIN Price is 160.
All of those? Staking suggestions?
Thanks.
For me Tikay he is more likely to be Top 20 so £20 top 20 with bwin.
Just Top 20, nothing else?
Happy to go ahead on that basis, just confirm please.
Just top 20.
I just had a look at the BetWin prices on Nick Watney. I suspect they are all errors, as he has been priced the same as Nicholas Thompson. I think they have their NikNaks in a twist.
Morning all. I still have a memory. Clear palp obv

Those Watney bets were put up on the Monday and cancelled on the Tuesday if you follow the thread though from the one I bumped.

I wonder when attitudes will change.
Another season in Europe like last season will mean England will be very close or may even lose the 4th champions league spot to Italy.
With countries like Portugal massively improving their club rankings as well I suspect the premier league will realise when it is to late.
The decision by Scudamore to have some Europa league teams who finish early hours Friday morning to have midday kick offs Sunday of course does not help.... Every other league caters the fixtures for the teams representing them in Europe.

Spurs were #1 seed in the europa, the year after we played in the CL.
We soon proved them wrong.

Yes
The countries are ranked on a coefficient score, based on 'points' gained from performance in the Champions League and Europa League.
To wildly predict the future, England’s fourth place will not be affected for the 2015/16 season, should be protected for the 2016/17 season, but may come under threat for the 2017/18 season - but only if Italian clubs consistently out-perform English clubs across both European competitions for the rest of this season and next season.
I over reacted a bit but it will be in doubt fairly shortly it seems mainly because the excellent 2010/2011 season will soon not count towards the points.
Nicked most of the above from a guardian article in July btw

Correct, I don't think they acted improperly.
They made a rick, it was deffo a palp, which we suspected, mistakes happen, it's how they deal with them that matters.
To my mind, they handled it fairly.
I do know that I certainly wish we still had use of that Account.

It was back when we had the ninth best team in the world playing on our left wing.
