Froch came across really genuine there. In the absence of an active 168lb Andre Ward, the super middleweight divison lacks a stand out champion. Froch can happily retire knowing he's beat most of the other top guys and would smash the likes of Badou Jack. Jack is a solid fighter, he just lacks any elite tribute and he won his title off the weaker Dirrell brother.

Groves is as divisive as ever. He's been tipped to win by KO in several spots, only sportinglife so far have gone with points. Despite his high KO record, he's sailed past the over/under line in his last 2 fights. He looks to have a chip on his shoulder post Froch and by trying too hard he's not producing his best KO type work. Additionally, Paddy Fitzpatrick may not be laying the same tricks n traps in his gameplan as Adam booth did (all the way up to Froch 1).

Normally I agree with Fred's boxing pushes but I'd planned to recommend Groves by points once I'd gotten on and would of taken as low as 5-2.
