How much is Antonio Brown to go under 100 yards today??

Vick is god awful at throwing the ball, and I can honestly see brown going for about 75 yards and a TD today.

Think Bell is on for 150 yards today, the steelers will certainly be run heavy.

EDIT

Ravens allow 84 yards per game so far, but think Bell will smash that today, as I said, Vick will not be airing it out as much as Big Ben and Bell is an above average RB, maybe 100 yards and 150 all purpose yards could be on the cards.

Vick isn't godawaful at throwing the ball.

He was pretty poor last season at the Jets, but he was working with a poor group of WRs and a porous O Line.

He certainly wasn't throwing at an Antonio Brown.

I think he'll be fine tonight.

Agreed. I hope so too, Vick is great to watch!

Vick ended with 124 yards, struggled to get going at all today, and made a hash of the huge 4th down conversion in OT, fluffing a simple pass to Brown, who ended on 42 yards!

Bell had a monster of a game with 129 rushing and 21 recieving yards.

Funny how perceptions of a performance vary.

I thought Vick played very well, he went 19/26 with no INTs and a very decent QB rating of 95.7

That fourth down pass was the only one he missed all night.

He did more than enough to seal a Steelers win.

Suppose, but they really need to get Brown in the game for more than 40 yards in my opinion.

Going forward I think the unders on Brown could be a good bet until Big Ben comes back.

He goes 70 and a touchdown if he catches that pass in the second quarter. Michael Irving said it was Brown's fault because he should make that catch, the only mitigation being the ball was spinning the other way.

Unless Vick can throw with his right hand, it is pretty tough to blame him!

I rated the Vick at Atlanta of course. Rex Ryan didn't sign him for Buffalo because he doesn't perform well in cold weather, apparently. That might be one to watch out for. He would have made sense for us, too, given the system with Tyrod Taylor now.

He doesn't look the same player anymore but I agree with Camel that he is better than some of the criticism suggests. There's always going to be a group of people who will never forgive him for the reasons for his absence from the NFL.

I may have been harsh on him last night, but then I had been drinking rather heavily!

I still dont think he is a good fit for the Steelers offence, they need a QB who can use their receivers as they have an elite RB, Im just not convinced that Vick is that guy personally.

he's a back up. no team can afford to pay two starting QBs without compromising the rest of their roster

any back up, as we see every week, is going to have flaws

the difference between romo-weeden, cutler-clausen,roethlisberger-vick etc etc is around 6-7 points on the spread every time

as to vick, brown: brown had to spend a short week (playing thursday night) adjusting to a left handed QB, he even had the jugs catching machine recalibrated to accurately reflect the rotation of the ball from a left handed quarterback

normally vick would spend all week throwing to the scout team

it will be much better in ten days time

in the meantime, they won't go far wrong if they just give the thing to le-veon bell.

I don't think they should have been relying on Vick to make that throw anyway.

This is the series which cost PITT the game.

They've got 3rd and 2 at the BALT 39 with 2.19 left and BALT have 1 timeout.

Just give the ball to Bell. He was unstoppable in the second half.

If he loses ground, make BALT take their final timeout and punt.

If he makes a yard, give it to him again on 4th down.

Put the ball in the hand of your best player at the most crucial time.

3rd and 2 at BAL 39

(12:41) (Shotgun) M.Vick pass incomplete short middle to A.Brown.

Timeout #1 by PIT at 12:37.
4th and 2 at BAL 39

(12:37) (Shotgun) A.Villanueva reported in as eligible. M.Vick left end to BLT 39 for no gain (E.Dumervil).

and this sort of thing really gets my goat

4th and 2 at BAL 39

i see my own team to it time and time again

you need 2 yards for the first down, on 4th down

you decide to pass (don't get me started on throwing on 4th and 1)

throw the damn ball 3 yards so that if he completes it its a first down

don't throw it laterally and make the catcher have to advance two yards. the defense are going to be 8-9 men in the box to stop the short yardage play so the catcher is going to be surrounded as soon as he receives it

throw the thing beyond the sticks!

I remember how excited Tomlin (usually gives very little away) was on the sideline in Bell's first few games. He clearly thought they had something special. 48th overall pick.

If Doobs, or Horsie are around wouldnt mind knowing what they think of
KALIMANTAN Wolv 645.
Although he prob hasnt fulfilled promise on the flat won couple races over hurdles.
The last wolverhampton run has worked out ok,
He is basically running off a low mark here, esp with jock claim.
12/1 with Hillys, only about 10/11 on betfair.

Accrington Stanley to beat Oxford United tomorrow is 2/1 with bet365 tomorrow- any reason why this is so high??

Accrington are 4th in the table, have won their last 4 games in a row, are unbeaten in the last 8 games and have only lost once in the league this season, back on August 15th. Oxford are also having a good season, sitting in 6th place but have only won 1 in the last 4.

2/1 looks very big unless there is some information I'm missing?

I don't follow the all weather, horsey is your man.  I don't think you can go far wrong backing horses at 12/1 that are 11/1 on Betfair.  It isn't a bad e/w race either if you go that way.

I haven't been to Kalimantan, but have done Sabah.  Pity they are ruining the whole Island by covering it in Palm oil plantations.  Having a terrible effect on the Oranutans.  Also the burning causes smog frequently in that part of the world.  Loved the island still, proper jungle in places, leeches and all.  Wonder if it is still worth going or all a bit late?

Sure a tenner each way will be fine if you were reccing it for thread.  Boo to the palm oil wankers though.
