Ukraine lowest scoring team @ 33/1?

Ok they have N.Ireland before Poland but could easily blank both of those. Seems plenty big enough to me for a wager.

Min bet is £100 these days right given the enormous bankroll? Smiley

Tikay keeps sticking it in with underhouses, max bet will be a tenner Cheesy

I think Goosen is well worth an EW dabble for Oakmont @200/1.

Dual US Open champion who has been showing signs of life again this year.

I'll recommend £5 or £10 EW @ 200/1 if you can get it.

Retief Goosen US Open Winner
200/1 Each Way (7 Places at 1/5 Odds)
Total Stake: £10.00
Potential Returns: £1,210.00

Im not a big Godolphin fan, but I could see them have a tidy day tomorrow.

Belardo in the first should love the ground.

Thunder Snow showed an impressive turn of foot first time out in the Coventry

Jungle Cat looks to be a good ew price if his run behind Profitable at Newmarket can be trusted.

Our 2000 Ante Post bet Emotionless returns in the St James Palace.

However, despite putting up a bet in the Ascot Stakes earlier, i think we should have another "shit or bust" bet in the shape of Pengalli Pavilion. This was a horse that finshed 5th behind Treve in the Arc a few years back, and whilst clearly not that horse now, after a decent campaign over hurdles, this huge step up in trip may be the key to an improvement in his recent flat form. He is currently rated 23lbs lower than those heady days, but if he retains a modicum of that talent, he is a massive price

Suggest a modest £10 at best available, currently 20-1

Penglai Pavilion Ascot 17:00 Winner
20/1 Each Way (4 Places at 1/4 Odds)
Total Stake: £20.00
Potential Returns: £270.00

I have just picked out a couple at Ascot tomorrow.

Waady seems bigger than he should be in the Kings Stand at 14/1.  Young enough to be still improving and seems better on the ground, where as others will dislike it.  fred and tote are quarter first 4.  Not sure what this means for a non handicap if we go below 16, but Fred'ss ite says: "We are paying FOUR PLACES on all each way bets in this race".  There are no minimum runners I can see, so I will chance it.   Suggest £25 e/w with FRed or the tote.

Penglai Pavillion is intriging in the 17.00.  He ran very well in the Arc for Andre Fabre, then joined Charlie Appleby and inevitably Godolphinned*.  He has dropped from the Arc to a winter over the hurdles and a 95 handicapper on the flat.  He seems to suit the ground, as he should as he is by Monsun.  Could easily trail in last, but a 2 stone drop in class should be enough.  Suggest £25 e/w

I have a couple more (one in each of the above races), but am going to wait to see if the prices get better in the morning.

I am also planning to put up £50 e/w on Galileo Gold in the 4.20, which is going to be a great bet if all 8 run.  WIth 3 outsiders, the place terms are hugely in our favour and I think he is much nearer the front 2 than the betting suggests.  If we don't get the 8 runners, then I still think he is a good win only bet.  For now we must wait on the 8 runners.

The first race looks a cracker, but too difficult, and am going to give the 2 year old races a miss for now.

* Defined as a previously high class horse joining Godolphin only to finish last repeatably until sold for two pence or ending up running in a much lower grade.

Waady 12-1 4 places or 14-1 3 places? not sure what you want there

Penglai has been put up twice, i will do the balance as a second bet

Penglai Pavilion Ascot 17:00 Winner
20/1 Each Way (4 Places at 1/4 Odds)
Total Stake: £30.00
Potential Returns: £405.00

galileo gold is 7-1 and there are still 8 runners. now or wait?

Any love for Patrick Reed at 50's (1/4 odds 6 places) for the us open?

Yep. I really think this week is going to be about game management and the ability to limit big scores from around the greens. Reed currently leading the Tour in strokes gained around the green.

Ok cool, I've not managed to watch loads of golf this year but he seems to be able to get himself in good positions and score well. Think a small bet here would be good for Fred.

I'm also on Fitzpatrick straight after watching him at the masters, and Matsuyama.

I love Matty but isn't this course supposed to be a monster? Not done any work on it so far, but if it is, just feels like he may struggle vs the big big hitters.

Sorry probably didn't make myself clear, I put the suggestion forward of Patrick Reed for Fred, and the other 2 were just a couple of punts I've had personally.

        Bet Type: Single
            US Open 2016 Outright Winner
                Patrick Reed 50/1
                OddsReduction: [4]; WhichPlaces : [6]
Possible Payout (inc. stake) 967.50 GBP
    2 bets @
    15.00 GBP

    Total Cost: 30.00 GBP

likely to be a chop if it wins right, and needs to be zero?

n ire, czech, albania must be decent shouts for zero too (hungary?). mr evra banjaxed my romania one

anyway, 33-1.

£100? you'll be alright

i can't do it anyway, 33-1 is bet365 only

Ok i am getting suckered into Muzz at 11/8 now.  Gasquet (highest seed in his half of the draw went out yday) so that is enough to tempt me in now at the same price as before play yesterday.   Been done for decent money on machine around the 6/5 mark.

Recommend £200 at 11/8 with victor.  Don't take shorter.

I have done the 14/1 4 places for you on Waady.

I think we should just go for it on Galileo Gold.  Though I wouldn't normally recommend doing it, 2 places isn't terrible here as there are 3 big rags.

Can we also do £25 e/w on Silver Concorde (6/1 is good, PP's 13/2 looks incredible).  There are a few really bad horses who look doubtful stayers and/or look like they hate the ground.   This one looks very solid by contrast.

Think that is it for the day.

edit b365 have pricematched PP for those that can, but 6/1 is fine.  Going to be unavailable for an hour
