I believe wolves was 80 but no matter. Ew is only 2 places, if either make the final we'll be enjoying the day whatever! Win only

Surely e/w is right.   If either make the final it is long odds on that they are odds against.   So the to final price is better value than the win price.

Wolves 66 on 366 by time I looked, Skye were still 80's.

Booked @66

Quote
Bet Details    Date/Time    Stake    Return
Wolverhampton @ 66/1
£15.00 Single
   05/01/2018 16:40:08    15.00    0.00
Crystal Palace @ 66/1
£15.00 Single
   05/01/2018 16:38:29    15.00    0.00

Edit - I agree with Doobs - I backed them ew on Skye (wolves down to 66 now as well). Being offered full cash out so could change if wanted

Thanks Rod, appreciated.

Once the bet is finalised (Win or EW) let me know, & I'll ship the cash across.

For reference, Fred also has a £80 credit with me, for future bets.

Excellent recruitment on CBB this year. Amazed they got Ann Widdecombe to agree to it.

Any initial thoughts?

Think Jess might be in with a shot, The exchange has prices up even though they are not showing on oddschecker. Maggie is bigger on the exchange even after sky have boosted her to 7/1. Obvs fav because of what she has done in life not sure if that's enough for her to win this though.

Always liked Shane Lynch but has been on Love Island before and generally does not stand out from the crowd. Apprentice has worked in this before (think you might have even had us on him) what about this guy Andrew? Seems like an ok guy.  Love Ann but will this audience take to her straight down the line attitude?

Too tilted about Kieffer going to Barnsley at the mo. Running bad lately.

CBB has lost a lot of its old viewers the past few series and the number of voters has dropped massively, as well as got much younger.

It could be as straightforward as the Kardashian cling-on wins.

I'd be reluctant to back anyone over the age of 30, but not had a bet yet.

Fred needs to get back on the osses. Too much knowledge ITT to waste a grand national.

The Welsh iteration was moved back 10 days, owing to the poor weather after Christmas.

This does help those horses that had had a run shortly before, giving them extra rest.

But there's one I like despite that...

The horse I have in mind has run 4 times at Chepstow, all over 23.5 furlongs, finishing 2/8 (GS), 2/8 (Hvy), 2/16 (Gd) and 12/14 (Gd). Since that last run on 3 December, Nigel Twiston-Davies switched him to hurdles to protect his handicap mark of 137 for this race. The horse won both hurdle races.

Won 3 times on heavy ground and only one fall and one UR in its 26 races under rules. 14th in the weights, carrying just 10st 12.

The horse is 25/1.

It was 33s in the week, but 25/1 can't be bad still. Hard to have a bad bet when getting 4 places 1/4.

Recommend £20ew on Buckhorn Timothy with Billy Mountains.

Had a look at this on shybet, and they are paying top 6 places each way, at 1/5 of he odds. Bt only 22/1 for this horse. Top
6 though seems really good

Nothing in the place market on Betfair to go by, yet. Usually the easiest guide.

I'd think 2 extra places is ok for the concession of 1/5, especially as the horse is more likely to finish 6th than 1st, when 25/1 or 22/1.

Difference is between 7.25 at 25/1 4, 1/4 and 5.4 at 22/1 6, 1/5 though, which is quite a bit.

Doobs?

There's another book offering 1/4 odds top five which is better terms and 25/1 too.
