Dolphins @ Bengals
Really like Tyler Kroft 7/2 or better anytime td today.Best red zone route runner tight end that we have healthy and competes hard in small spaces.Fancy his chances in 11 personnel fake blocking and getting open.

Another for Josh Maja yesterday moved him on to nine. Decent total after 12 games and Sunderland still have a lot of players to come back.

Golden Tate (Detroit v Green Bay) over 71.5 receiving yards with Redzone is lovely. Jaire Alexander has been finding the NFL tough in his rookie season and now faces one of the best slot receivers in the game. Surprised to see the line under 80.

Philip Rivers (LA Chargers v Oakland) over 279.5 passing yards is similarly surprising against a weak Oakland secondary and a pass rush that offers little threat to the QB. Line is 20 yards too low for a 10/11 each of two... and Betty Furr Sportsbook says Evens for the overs. Yes please.

Recommend £40 on each if we can.

No good, they called this play once and the right side of the line blew their blocking assignment.

Just gonna throw my two cents out there on Palace while I have time for those that may come across them in betting opportunities. I have had a decent amount of time to see what they are about this season rather than the punty suggestion i had at the start of the season off of incomplete information with the Palace/Fulham angles. Fulham shockingly really not settling down defensively in spite of their attacking ability, to a fault of probably some basic managerial ineptitude when faced with the rigours of the prem, but that is beside the point for now.

Palace under Hodgson has been harder for me to work out than under any manager since Freedman (where i started taking a betting interest in Palace). Mainly as the flow of the team seems more disjointed and harder to read. Generally solid defensively and we often play a 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 system, and our chances often arise out of the blue in games rather than as a result of consistent pressure. It's hard to put my finger on.

I still am annoyed that Zaha is being deployed mostly centrally, imo nullifying his often world class ability from on the wing.

We seem to play quite narrowly which is odd considering Zaha and Townsend are two of the better out and out wingers in the prem. Also we have no bite up top at all generally and we are missing the incisiveness of a Cabaye or Loftus Cheek without properly replacing them. Kouyate has been okay, but seems more of a reliable plodder, and Meyer seems off of the pace, and I am a little worried that in spite of his great close control and ability to pick a good pass, he often takes too much time on the ball, and I fear he won't acclimatise properly to the prem, especially with the long layoff towards the back end of the season at Schalke. With Meyer though he could easily come good, just I am not expecting much until closer to Christmas, if at all.

Teams we have faced, often sit back against us giving us not much space at all, and we have no threat really when faced with this. We were frustratingly passing from side to side in front of both Bournemouth's and Wolves' back lines, with no real chance creation forthcoming. Oddly we seem to be one of the better teams in short passing from out of the back and beating the press, which is odd to fathom considering what i have been used to for years, with Sakho setting the tone, but it's normally never to any end. It doesn't help we haven't a focal point up top. And even with Benteke potentially returning, we don't play a system where we cater to him as a target man, hitting him with crosses and funnelling our attack play through him, instead he is often frustrated with an attacking partner often in Zaha, where our chance creation I think reduces as a result, as he is less on the wing, and more often completely out of games being lost without the ball too high and central on the pitch. For now Ayew is the man frustrated in the furthest role up on the pitch.

Moreover, the home atmosphere has effectively gone with the Ultras disbanding and I think that has played a role in not scoring at home. Of course we have been unlucky, but generally i wonder just how much of an effect it has on player psychology that a home support that was raucous comparably all of last season, is dead now. I think we miss that added oomph as a result, but i admit this is a more controversial view. I think the groans of the crowd are much more prominent and an air of toxicity takes over very quickly, something that we are less used to as there generally was always noise and positive chants continuously flowing all through home games before but now I fear the players feel the pressure more.

I think Palace are opposable currently but I haven't seen much value on markets I see generally priced correctly, but I will quickly be on here if that view changes.

Good post. Had not realised the Ultras were no more. Losing that magnificent vocal support will make an enormous difference imo.

Correct.

Technically they haven't disbanded, but have in terms of presence this season in retaliation to being denied placement behind the goal, rather than by the corner flag. Initially the club sent out feelers to the season ticket holders in pre season that are sat centrally behind the goal about being relocated, and understandably they said they didn't want to move, so the board said no to the ultras. The Ultras then said fine, we're not bothering. Some home games in and the atmosphere being dead, the board announced that they will get their wish at the start of next season, and those fans behind the goal will be relocated whether they like it or not. Amazing considering the group are only only 100 strong i believe, and many other fans are split on their behaviour.
