Jose goes back to back and wins again!

Wow.

I was too late yesterday, & did the wrong one today.

Worlds strongest man final starts on the West coast of USA tomorrow.   Not televised live as usual but if anyone sees any betting firms offering outright prices could you post a link on here?  I doubt anyone will offer it but given how big strongman is getting on social media with Eddie v Thor boxing this year someone might have a stab at it for lols

https://barbend.com/2021-worlds-strongest-man-results/

Final line up is here if anyone fancies pricing it up in the loltrader offices who stalk this thread.

I was a little surprised to find England installed as favourites for Sunday's final.

2/1 Italy in 90 mins looks quite tempting to this punterer although it might make for a somewhat emotional roller-coaster.

2/1 looks decent to my (very) untrained eye too.  I won't suffer the roller coaster though, will have a moderate bet and be more than happy to rip the slip up.

The classic 85/40 price on Italy on the machine.  Not used enough price the 85/40 is.

5/2 on the machine now seems way out of line.

We're at almost halfway in to the jockeys' championships now.

Ghiani is running away with the apprentice race (with 30, next best on 17) and Marquand (+35) looks to be in a coin flip with James Doyle (+70). Actually he's maybe slightly worse than a coin flip at the moment, but the longer he stays involved in the title race the better his chances on the handicap.

Good work Chompy

I need some more accounts so I can take advantage.  I had a couple where I could get tenners each way on the golf, but they  seem to have died at the same time (the dangers of all the mergers?)

As an aside, did anyone else see this?  It sounds like the end of a relationship.  https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/golf/57860263"It's not a good face for me, and we're still trying to figure out how to make it good on the mis-hits."

I don't play golf to his level (I am terrible), but surely you expect mishits to not go where you were hoping?  If you have a longer driver than everyone else, hit it harder than nearly everyone else, and have less loft than most, then surely this is magnified?  Surely he should be able to take less club and slow it down a bit and hit way more fairways?   Surely nearly all of this is his responsibility?

Love our work in the transfer market but this is a different league to the one we left eight years ago. I'd take fourth bottom right now if offered and then see if we can establish oursevles.

Buick 2-1 to be champion jockey is all kinds of lovely.
Ipswich 9-1 for L1 will be nearer 6-1 by the time it all kicks off.
